I just turned 54. I am a single mom of two teens and almost a 21 year old still living at home. What I want? Stability in my life and to get back to my funloving self.
What is the best food to feed goldfish that are in a backyard pond?
1 AnswerFish4 years agoIs it normal for a therapist to show excitement when seeing their client?
For those of you out there who have seen counselors or therapists, have you ever had one that showed excitement about seeing you?
2 AnswersMental Health8 years agoHas anyone ever dated their therapist and if so, how did it turn out?
Pretty crazy, as we all know.
7 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoWhat do you think is more unethical. Dating your therapist or dating a married man?
Just curious. I realize everyone has different opinions.
6 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoWould you consider the following a term of endearment?
A man texts a woman and says "you deserve it girl". They are not in a full on relationship. Would you consider the word "girl" a term of endearment?
1 AnswerOther - Family & Relationships8 years agoI would like to know if you think this is a term of endearment?

2 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoDo you think rules are meant to be broken?
It is against the rules, the ethical standards, etc., but I am in love with my therapist. I know you are saying, right, everyone is in love with their therapist or it is tranference. Well, that is bs. Anyway, I know what everyone says, but what about the odds of it actually working. I don't want to jeaporidize his practice though.
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoI have feelings for my therapist. What should I do?
I suspect he feels the same way. We seem to have this underlying code of not saying anything too specific because of the code of ethics. However, we are both human and these things happen. I feel embarrassed but I feel like I should say something.
1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoI am developing resentment toward my co-worker.?
I have a co-worker who is always 8 to 10 minutes late, has missed work without calling in, has been sick, called in sick the day after memorial day, is on facebook half of the day, talks about all the fun she has drinking, etc. and her boyfriend problems. Management tried to fire her at one point, but she convinced them not to. I am now, after 6 months of this, starting to have resentment. Should I talk to management?
4 AnswersMarriage & Divorce8 years agoIf someone who you are not sure likes you texts "I await your arrival", how would you interpret that?

1 AnswerSingles & Dating8 years agoI have a friend who kicked her son out as soon as he turned 18. Question?
She has been a single mom since he was in diapers. He is the last of 4. He dropped out of high school this year (his senior year), he is not into major drugs or anything, but he was pretty much living in her basement. She was upset becasue he was messy and didn't do his dishes. Also her child support for him dropped as soon as he turned 18. Anyway, he moved out the end of March and on Friday he had a major panic attack so she took him to the doctor. They put him on Zanax. He is now living with his older sister. I told her I was worried about her son. He is too young to be thrown out and the fact he had a panic attack pretty much sums it up. Would you want your child on Zanax? I don't know if I can be her friend anymore. Should I talk to her about my feelings?
4 AnswersFriends8 years agoIf I stop seeing my therapist, could I ask him out for a date?
I have been seeing him for almost 2 years. I always saw him as a sounding board and someone trying to help me get through a very rough time in my life. A couple of months ago, I started looking at him as a possible mate. I know it is unethical to date a client, so what if I quit seeing him and then told him how I felt? Is that against the rules?
7 AnswersSingles & Dating8 years agoIf I quite seeing my therapist, would it be ok to date him later?

3 AnswersOther - Family & Relationships8 years agoI am having feelings for my therapist?
I know that it is normal - I have read a lot about it. Tranference. I have seen him for almost 2 years now. We are similar in age and I have always been a bit attracted to him. What I have read is that I should tell him. BTW: I have not had this happen with past therpasts. What are your thoughts?
