Trying to get my son and I to family members wedding on a single mom budget.

I am going on a cruise and I want to look nice. I have long hair that is curly. Pleae give advise on styles for it. I have to are a fancy dress too. I am going to have about 2 and half hours to do it from 8-1030pm. So a salon is out (I work till 6pm) any help would be appricated!

My son will behave in school and at home 1 day and the next he is terror. I explain to him what I expect in school and at home. I help him with homework as needed and give positive reinforcement when he does well. But there are days I want to pull my hair out of my head. The other day he wanted to go outside and play after homework. I allowed him to, the her walked 3 houses down and laid on ground and started screaming. I ordered him inside and asked him what he though he was doing. ( We don't know those people, we just moved) He said he was playing. I explained that he can't play like that because something will think he is hurt or something. And he laughed thinking it was funny. He does things like this all the time. The third day of school I got a call from the teacher saying he was throwing erasers. I got a long story from him as to why he was doing it. ( playing, they threw it first ect) I am about at wits ends. Any advice would be appriciated thanks!
