I am being harassed by a single individual who keeps marking my answers as "Abuse"?
There is an individual who seems to have a grudge against me. He keeps marking my answers (no matter how innocuous) as "Abuse". I keep appealing the decisions, but I never get an answer and my answers are never reposted. What can I do to find out what's going on?

The University of California in the USA just raised its annual tuition to $13,218. I would be interested in hearing how this compares with the annual tuition and fees at universities in other countries. Not including travel, recreation fees, books, room or board.

People on my Yahoo! Contacts list report that they are receiving spam e-mail with my return address. Obviously some malware site has infiltrated my computer. Multiple scans with Norton Anti-Virus show no signs of a virus. Is there any way I can check if my computer is sending out spam without my knowledge? I use an Apple iMac under Mac 10.5.8.
