I am very worried about a friend of mine, she left Dubai with around 300 000 AED debt because she lost her job. Will they go and find her in her home country or will they wait until she enters the Middle East again or uses her passport to arrest her?

I was admitted for two days with premature labor at 32 weeks. 1cm dilated, partially effaced. Very soft cervix. Yesterday I was in severe pain for over 12 hours, doc said the baby was engaging. I can barely walk, my vagina is so sore and it feels like heavy pressure on my bladder. I have got a much more pronounced waddle today and still feel some very sore twinges down below.

Will be 35 weeks on friday. She tested for infection, but there is none. I have steroids I need to get this week for the baby's lungs as well.

I was wondering if any of you experienced anything similar or maybe even give me your opinion on whether you think I will still go to term.

I am nearly 29 weeks. At about 24 weeks I did a sonar and they said I had a grade 2 placenta. Is this normal? I heard you usually have it from 30 weeks to delivery.

Also, I can't seem to walk upright at all I have to hunch over the pressure is unbelievable and I feel him move very low. When I try to walk it cramps and I can't straighten myself. Very uncomfortbale and sore.

(TMI)I had an increase in discharge and had a clear thick jelly like substance come out about a week ago as well.

I just wonder if these are normal at this stage.

I am expecting my first a little boy, we are so happy! Yesterday my sister told me that baby boys cry way more than girls and that they are more needy and difficult to deal with. She also said that baby girls are much stronger than boys.

Is this true at all?

You have three staff members;

A clinic that is open 24/7;

Each staff member can work a max of 48 hours a week;

How van we calculate the shifts so there is coverage 24/7 and that staff can have off. Split shifts are fine but shifts should start at reasonable time of day/night.

I really want an epidural. Yes the pain relief it provides, I have read about all the risks involved as well. I just want to make the experience as positive as I can.

But I am afraid that it makes me seem weak or less of a woman. I do not want my family or husband to think I took the easy way out and that I am a failure because I was supposed to do it 100% naturally.

I was just wondering how your hubby / bf or partner has been treating you or has he treated you during pregnancy.

Do you get doted upon, get foot rubs, does he treat you any nicer or make you feel special? Is he more protective in any way or even the complete opposite.

I saw my doc yesterday, I am 18 weeks. Baby is healthy, but she told me that I was gaining too much.

I lost weight during the first trimester, and from the second up until now I have gained 2kg.

She said it is not good at all.

I am a bit worried now, am I really gaining too much?

My sister was 6 weeks along with twins, she miscarried one yesterday. What are the chances of the other one surviving. The doc says they have to check in two weeks to see if the baby is growing.

Also do you get any CSI type of games as well for the above.

Me and my hubby just found out we are expecting our first. We both are happy and feel blessed BUT I am terrified and very anxious. I am not someone that copes well with change and I have thoughts going through my mind like can I do this, will I be able to handle this? It sounds nuts, but I am so scared. Is this at all normal? I want to be relaxed and enjoy this but my fear is causing me not to. How can I deal with this and put myself at ease? We live away from home so I am not near any family and this makes it harder.

I had braces up until around ten years ago I still have a wire on the lower teeth at the back. Now suddenly I have noticed one of my upper teeth moving and it seems to be pushing one of my other teeth back. Why now suddenly would they start moving again?

My cousin passed away two days ago. I work overseas and I hav eone annual ticket. I have not been home in nearly two years so I had plans to go home for 10 days later in the year to see my family.

My mom and dad divorced when I was three and although I did not have much contact with my cousin I feel it is the right thing to do to be there for her funeral.

problem is if I use my ticket to go home for the funeral I will only be able to stay 1 or 2 days and I cant go home later as planned as I used my ticket.

Should I go to the funeral or keep my ticket to go home later when I can stay longer and then go visit the family when I am there?

I get these infections like every few weeks. I have blisters in the back of my throat and white spots all over. The blisters dont even go away anymore and every now and then the white spots return with a sore throat.

I have had this like 10 times this year. I eat healthily and excersise but still nothing.

What could cause this? My house is well cleaned and maintained and I live by the coast in Dubai.

Although probably unrelated I have severe pain in my hands and fingers as well as my knees and ankles. I have like a little bump protruding from the upper part of my hand which hurts like hell. I try to ignore it but I have had to by a hand support band to relieve the pain.

Any advice?

My husband an I have been married for nearly two years, when he looks at me he gets no reaction and I have to beg for sex because he says it makes him tired. I have never had a complaint about me being unatractive or being bad in bed. So we started watching a movie and he sees this girl and bang het gets a hard on. He admits it I dont get angry although it hurts, so then he keeps wanting to talk about it so I get angry. He says I am wrong for getting angry it is natural, if it is so natural why does it not happen when he looks at me? Am I that crap? It hurts to know that you do not do it for your husband. Maybe plastic surgery and bigger boobs will make him happy.

On day 19 I spotted but nothing since. I have been exceptionally moody my husband says I am not even this moody before my period, I sleep 12 hours plus and felt very sick yesterday morning, anyway I did a test on the morning my period was due but it was negative. I am late and I do have cramps but very mild and not constant as I have PCOS I usually get severe cramps a week up until the second day, I also have a very clear watery discharge.

I have severe cramps just below pubic bone. Everybody says the pain is normal but is two weeks of constant cramps normal? Feels like AF but no bleeding. Anyone else been on progesterone has such sever cramps identical to AF pains. Or is pain on top of the vagina / below pubic bone indicative of something else?

I feel like i am going to fall over and sleep for the next 60 years. I finished my first clomid cycle and the shots. I am now on my 10 days of progesterone and my AF is due in 6 days. I am moody, severe fatigue, occasional nausea and vomiting. I am over emotional and really dont feel well. My heart rate is up more than normal for the last few days. Everybody keep saying its normal, i am on the verge of stopping the pills i am so tired how can i relieve the side effects. is this really normal, i havent read anywhere of these side effects should i stop taking them?
