If he is divorced and incarcerated in Washington State, then sends mail home from prison to his girlfriend using his last name on the envelope instead of hers, does that constitute a marriage or common law marriage. I know there is no common law marriage in Washington or any other state in the Union.

I recently lost my job and because of it and some other circumstances, I am not able to see or talk to someone who I love with my heart and soul. I take medication for my depression, but I am still reeling from my losses. I miss all my workmates and my job. Some of my friends are very supportive, but others are almost cruel about telling me to get over it.
