  • Who should we be mad at because of gas prices in USA, big oil, stock market, government?

    I know gas prices are more in Europe, ex. England is almost twice as much as in the US but I also know that min wage in England is about twice as much as in the US. I hear that the value of the American dollar in Europe is a major factor in rising gas prices in the US because oil is sold in American Dollars. I love American and am blessed to be born here. I just don't trust any of the above and am thoroughly confused about what I can do to make things better. I have a child in the US Navy and one who works for the gov and the other in college. My husband lost his job over a year ago and is back in college retraining. Living off the 401K and still owe IRS....and get no gov assistance. The economy is beating us to death though... Just venting. God Bless.
