Details,

She is from another country and has recently came to the US on a 6 month visa.

We have been talking online and on the phone off and on for 4 years or so.

She want's to move in with me the same day that we meet, she also wants to get engaged not long after and is already talking about getting married.

I just want some opinions and advise on what would be the best thing to do or course of action to take given the current situation i'm in?

I recently quit my job with a major computer company (last week) due to a recent non work related back injury and a pre existing back injury for which i was already on disability for after two months on the job.

The main reason that i got the job was to see if i could return to work.

I told the supervisor the situation and that it would be some time (1 to 3 months or so) before the doctor would let me go back to work again.

I did make the mistake of not being able to call in to work one day because of it also and got chewed out for it even though the supervisor already knew the situation.

I like the job and the people there and got along with the supervisor and was also a good employee while i was there so, That was not the issue.

My main question would be how would i go about getting the job back and should i?

Also, what might be the time limit where it would be ok to talk to the supervisor about coming back and when would be deemed too late to do so time wise?

Any advise?

So, The situation is my girlfriend wants me to move near or in with her since she at first agreed and now refuses to move near or in with me.

When i agreed to move to her like she wanted and that's when she got all mad at me and started giving me the cold shoulder and she has been like that ever since mostly for no reason at all.

Like i ask her what is wrong and she always says nothing is wrong but, i can tell something is wrong by the tone of her voice.

When i ask her a question she gets all mad at me and accuses me of being rude and such even though i'm talking regular tone of voice to her.

Sometimes her tone of voice is so low i tell her that i didn't hear what she said and she gets all mad at me again out of the blue.

We have always talked everyday and then after telling her that i would move she has stopped calling and texting me as much and has since been giving me a bad attitude.

She never gave me that kind of attitude/cold shoulder before i told her that i would move in/close to her.

In the last conversation we had she got mad at me cause her internet went out and there was nothing i could do about it and i tried explaining that sometimes isp's upgrade systems and such that can take the network offline for a bit and she got all mad at me for trying to explain to her that things like that happen sometimes.

After that she got mad at something unrelated (she was making a bead bracelet) and i asked her what was wrong and she got mad at me for asking and hung up on me and told me by text that she wont talk to me for a week if ever???

Any advise or insight?

Ok, So she will only tell me she loves me by text message and gets all defensive when i ask her why she wont tell me in person or over the phone.

She tells me that weekend work is voluntary but, then it changes to mandatory and she gets all mad and defensive when i ask her about how it went from voluntary to mandatory all sudden and blames her defensiveness on family issues or being tired.

i don't know if it is insecurity but, she always wants to bring her friends along on our dates and seems to have it pre planned that way by the way it seems to me.

What are your thoughts?

Ok so, My girlfriend has been saying that a friend (witch is a friend of mine as well) of hers told her that i am seeing someone else, have someone else living with me ect..

This is a daily routine every time we talk she is always saying her friend said this and her friend said that when none of it is true and i have talked to that friend and the friend knows nothing about any of what is being said, In fact he was the one that got me and her together and no he is not single btw.

It's just getting tedious having to explain to her every night that im not doing any of that and explaining to her that she is the only one im with and want to be with for the long term and that when im with someone either dating or long tern they are the only one that i see or are with.

She says she loves me and am the only one for her so, Why would she be saying these things that aren't true on a regular basis? Any ideas or suggestions on what may be going on??? I have a feeling she may be cheating on me and she has thrown a few red flags but, Cant really confirm it. Please help!

I would like to know what the ruel s and regulations are when it comes to selling cd demo's, mixtapes, pre release demo's and such?

The main reason i ask is because i have a lot of mixtapes, Demos and pre release albums from various artists and songwriters some major and some not that well known.

A few of the demo's and rough cuts and instrumental only (before the vocals where mixed in the track) are from #1 songs (one in particular stayed at #1 for several weeks).

Im disabled and under 65 and have recently received one of thoes "auto enrollment into medicare" and i was wondering since i already have Medicaid do i really need Medicare?

Im barely getting by as it is and they clain there was no cost of living change for 2011 with is dead wrong since the price of everything has gone up without workers wages or benefit ammounts increasing what so ever.

They give all these big companies billions of dollars worth of bail outs that they do nothing with besides line thier greedy wallets and bulding new company offices.

Without giving programs like social security a major bailout witch is what it really needed and much more valuable and will actually help the citizens of this country in these hard economic times.

Citizens that are already on low income and enrolled in medicaid already that cant afford to live as it is should not be charged for medicare.

I recently won a bid on an item from a "top rated seller" and tried to contact the seller about the item shipping, details such as how it will be packaged and whats included that wasent described in the description, tracking number ect..

Before i go ahead and release the paypal payment to the seller to verify that the seller is for real and the feedback that they have received isint fake..

For a top rated seller thier spelling sorta got me suspcious like for instance in the shipping details the seller calls your purchase a "part" eventhough your paying for one item as a whole including shipping and stuff like that.

That was 3 days ago and i havent heard anything at all from the seller, The only emails or messages have been from the automatic ebay invoices.

What would be the best course of action for me to take?

Ive had 3 non cdl speeding tickets in the last 2 years and have had 3 preventable accidents (all non DOT reportable) in a commercial vehicle a little over 2 years ago (2 of witch where not my fault, 1 i was following a detour and was unable to make a tight turn and got my left rear trailer tandems stuck in a ditch and almost turned over the truck and was towed out of the ditch and another one was my truck was being towed into the terminal lot and i got out of the truck at the guard shack as for company protocall and the wrecker driver took a turn too wide and took out the front of a few trailers while trying to park my truck that was on the hook and the other one was my fault when i was backing into a slot at night in a gravel lot and nicked the rear mudflap of another truck)

I have 4 years CDL experience and no other incidences and an overall good record cdl wise, never had any over weight tickets, speeding tickets, log violations or any other tickets while driving a commercial vehicle.

Im not sure what to do???

I have applied at a few diffrent companies and they are either not hiring in my area or give me the run around.
