  • I want to raise money, go to festivals and fairs, open a booth and teach people about the Constitution and the Rights that have been lost...?

What would be the best Legal structure to do that?

    PAC, Super PAC, 503C Non-profit?

Or just do it and not worry about reporting it, I do not think I will be making any money and will be out of pocket for most of it.

  • Should I sign onto an existing lease?

I have been staying with a friend for several weeks, in Elko Nevada and working at one of the mines, but the town is tight on rentals and I have been unable to find something. My friend's landlord is now telling me that according to "State law I have been here too long to call a guest and is required to add me to the lease".

I do not intend to stay until the end of the lease (8 months from now) so what would the up side and down side of being added to the lease and how do I protect myself if I sign the lease?

Or should I just move out and find anything to get me out of there?

  • Who is responsible for damages and missing gear...?

I was on a contract in Afghanistan, when I came home on R&R they restructured the contract and did away with my position and laid me off. My contract says I would be "Demobilized from my PCS Location". I was not allowed to return and pack my gear and demob, they packed my stuff and told me in an email that they could not fit all of my stuff in the boxes and wanted to cut locks off of my trunk where I stored my more valuable items when I left.

If I do not get all of my stuff or if stuff is broken is my old employer legally responsible to replace or reimburse me the costs of those items? Or am I just SOL?

  • Can my HOA tell me no?

Times are tough, and food is expensive, so can my HOA tell me I can't raise a couple of chickens in my backyard to help feed my family? My CC&Rs say no poultry, but could I win in court because of exigent circumstances?

  • Foreign Earned Income Exclusion?

I am a contractor in Iraq and we have been hearing rumors that the IRS has made it impossible for "Contract Workers in the Combat Zone" to claim the "Foreign Earned Income Exclusion" for the tax year 2009.

Does anybody have any knowledge in this area that can confirm or deny this?

Please only reply if you actually know something.

  • Can "Country Club Dues" be part of a POA?

We bought a Property in Westwood Shores Subdivision of Trinity Texas, and when we bought it I got in contact with the POA (Property Owners Association) and asked about the CCRs and they directed me to a website. I downloaded the CCRs (which were written in the 1970s) and they mention a "Country Club Dues", when I asked about them they told me they did not handle that, but nothing else. I never received an invoice from the country club and now months later they say I owe them $900.

Can they legally make me pay for a Country Club that I am too far away to use?

Can they force me to join a country club just by purchasing a piece of land?

    Is all of this legal?

  • Waterboarding?

Consider that the use charged a Japanese Officer Yukio Asano in 1947 of "War Crimes" for waterboarding a US civilian to obtain information. He recieved 15 years of hard labor.

How can we do it to others?

I think, Bush and anyone in his administration who advocates Waterboarding, should prove that it is not torture by being Waterboarded for a few hours.

    Just on a side note:

Everywhere I have looked up Waterboarding, says it is a form of torture.

  • Soldiers in Iraq "Fighting for our Freedom" does anyone really believe this?

I don't know about you but... I do NOT want to be free in Iraq, I want to be free in America. If our troops were really fighting for my freedom, they would be occupying the Whitehouse, and deposing that dictator instead of one half a world away.

Saddam was not a threat to us Bush is a threat to our Civil Liberties and his goon squads destroy lives and careers without being held accountable.

Clinton lied about an inscretion with an intern and nobody died except the squigglers and a little blue dress.

Bush lied about WMD and almost 3 thousand have died, yet noboby is even trying to impeach him for his lies.

Support out Troops 110% but do not support the idiot that sent them there for no reason.
