  • 3 months later and more problems with door?

I was side swiped by a SUV on my way to work (100% her fault) and had my driver's side doors smashed. She did not have insurance at the time of the accident, so my insurance company paid for the initial repairs (less the $800 deductible we had to pay). Supposidly my insuarance company is also trying to collect the $800 for us. Now, 3 months later, my driver's side door lock is not working properly. The dealership said it was becasuse the wiring was not replaced when they replaced the door. I call my insurance, and I have to take it back to the shop to fix it. Do I have to pay a deductible again? What are my options if the person at fault does not pay for my deductible?
