Help Man

I play Runescape private servers and occasionally Runescape, but recently, when i load the webclient, or play on runescape.com, the java screen will come up, the circle will spin, but the bar will not load, and it's basically stuck on that screen, no matter how long i wait. i have done everything it says on runescape.com's help section, but nothing worked. i have redownloaded java like 1000 times and i got different versions just to make sure. i've restarted my computer like 1000 times too, but absolutely nothing works! could someone please help?

I like a girl, lets call her A. A and I are really really (really really) close friends, and I want to ask her out. 2 problems though.
