I was wondering if it was possible and how I could find a specific member on the VFW (Veterans of Foreign Wars) list online. My grandad wanted to see if they had his photo from the navy. He knows his post number but I'm wondering if they would have an archive of members online and if its possible to view them.

I'm a theatre major. My boyfriend is a visual arts major. We are both aware that either we will stay together and get married or we won't stay together. But instead of focusing on that we want to focus on the present and enjoying each others company. So it's like a hit in the gut whenever he brings up his hope for marrying a doctor. Or when he proposes that if we do get married he'll be the one who has to bring in most of the money. He's a fantastic artist, already has connections, and is creating a comic. But like theatre art isn't the most lucrative life style either you make it or you dont. It really hurts when he compares me to his future wife who doesn't exist, tells me my major is useless, and says that because of my major we'd financially have a shitty marriage. How can I get him to understand that this is what I love, that it's my cjoice, and that I'm confident I'll be able to help support my family no matter who I marry?
