I have a 29 gal fish tank that has been undermined for a couple years and I want to finally put some work into it. I havent had too many problems with previous fish besides a bacterial infection about a year ago (and a rosy bard eating more than half my fish because of a pet store salesmans poor advice... but he has passed due to the bacterial infection). At this point I only have 1 diamond tetra and 1 powder blue dwarf gourami. I've had the tetra since day one and the gourami for about 2 months now. Could I possibly add kribensis cichlids without them mating and killing the other fish? Would 2 females be okay or even just one work? If so what other kinds of fish and how many others can I add? Also I'm thinking of adding congo tetras and things like that. Any suggestions of set ups I can do? I'm open to all ideas but I don t plan on getting rid of the fish I currently have. All help is appreciated!!

I have a baby crested gecko that is probably about a month now. I hatched him myself and have had him ever since birth. I have fed him crickets in the past and most times he would jump right for it and demolish them but the past week or so he wont even give them a second look. I have been feeding him Crested Gecko Diet, bananas and every once in a while baby food (when he doesn't eat the crickets) but i would just prefer him to eat crickets as well. I bought 2 and 3 week crickets in the past and neither are the full size of his head but he wont go for either of them. He jumps at the sight of the white plastic spoon i use for his CGD and i have tried to put crickets on there and he'd pounce and miss the first time (always does, its adorable) and the second time he doesn't even try because he realized its not his CGD. What should i do?

I would like to thank you for my promotion into management and would like to say i'm grateful for this opportunity and i would like to show (Company) that i could be helpful in the management team. Although, i only have one concern about this new position, my payroll.

Currently i am making $10.00 per hour, which is the new minimum wage. We have at one point discussed an increase in my payroll but i have not received an increase since August 2011 (besides minimum wage increases). Being paid minimum wage makes me believe that (Company) does not have faith in me and it makes me feel "disposable". After working with the company for 2 years and 4 months i am making the same amount as someone who just started, making me feel like i am not important. There are very few employees at the moment that are not making more than me and i believe with this new position in management and the level of hard work i put in to the store more than deserve a payroll increase.

My level of guest service has been described as exceptional from both staff and guests in our store. Every day i have guests telling the cashiers or myself about how big of a help i was to meeting their needs, and more importantly their animals needs. Doing so increases the likely hood for this much wanted guest to come back to our store, for both our products and guest service. I am happy to go above and beyond for our guests and will do anything and everything they ask of me. I do my best to make every guest happy while at the same time making sure they will take good care of the animal and that the animal will be happy and healthy as well. When i perform the tasks i do with the level of hard work i put into them, it makes me feel like its not worth the effort for how little i'm getting paid. Now don't get me wrong i love my job, i just believe that an increase in my pay will make me feel that (Company) would like to keep me around and believes in me.

Although i am not the top employee in our store i believe i still play a part in keeping the store running and i believe that if my payroll was higher i would work harder, have more respect for the store and take my position much more seriously. I am not only interested in a job like this for the money, i enjoy seeing the smile on the guests face as they walk out of the store with their new happy family member. This enjoyment and passion makes me strive to make our guests happy, but also work on presentation in the store to make our products sell faster and make our guests feel more comfortable in our store. Even recently i finished putting price takes up over the mammal side and volunteered to do the fish side as well. This kind of proactive personality and proactivity is something (Company) has always looked and thrived for.

If (Company) trusts and believes in me enough to bring me into management i think i should be getting paid like management as well. I would like to request an increase to $11.00, if not more for all of the effort and hard work I put into making our store look good and making our guests and their animals happy. I am planning on buying a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, but the store that i am getting it from (Sasktel) only has the on the android 4.0 ice cream sandwich. Will i be able to get Jelly bean on it? if so how do i do it? is it simply like an iPhone where i can plug it into the computer and get the update there or will i have to go to Sasktel for them to do it for me? or can i simply not get it because it is on ice cream sandwich?

I'm sorry for asking the most stupid question possible but sadly I've always had apple and have never really had experience with android phones.

Today i shot a pop can with a 495 fps Springfield single shot break barrel pellet rifle without a scope from about 75 feet away. I'm only 16 and i hit it 3 times in a row. There was also roughly 12 Km/h wind (7.5 Mi./h). I feel proud of myself but i'm not sure if this is very impressive or not. any opinions are welcome. thank you!

Ibanez, i think ist might be an ibanez GRG170DX but im not sure, a soft case and a fender squier champ 15 amp (15 watts). being sold for $280 (Retail price of 250 for guitar and 299 so you save like $280 but may i remind you they are used and the retail price ones are brand new 2010 models)

The BC Rich costs about 300 in total. it was 150 for the guitar and 150 for the pickups. It is also 3 years old.

I am not sure how much the ESP costs because the seller has not replied to my message. But at retail price it is 259.00 but that is the new version of it also.

I can only get one and they are both on sale for 150. remember they are used...

Which one would be better to get. i can not afford a better guitar so its either this or nothing.

The GRX201Z also has a tremolo (Whammy) bar but only pearl dot inlays while the GRGM21 has Shark Tooth inlays, which i like and want. here are the specs for both of them. The last only difference would be the price the GRX20Z costs $214.27 and the other costs 185.70

I have a crappy $50 acoustic guitar. it doesn't have any inlays so i wanted to put some on. which costs more than the guitar is worth. so i wanted to paint them on. i unstrung it and bought new strings and i have nail polish and just regular paint. and i was wondering. will the nail polish or paint make the sound of the strings weird when i push it on that fret? and will the nail polish or paint just scrape off? what if i use a clear nail polish that makes it shiny (don't know what its called)? wood finish? any other ideas?

Okay. So last night at 2 am I was watching a little porn and masturbating. He told me to go to bed at 10 and I did. But I came back cuz I needed a drink if water.. And somehow ended up masturbating. My wii kept getting disk errors so I bought a nintendo brand wii cleaner and once I used it my wii got worse and errored more often. So I did it once more than it wouldn't even read the disks! What do I do?!?!?!

I have a nintendo wii which I believe I bought in 07 or 08 and whenever I put in smb brawl or nfs carbon it will play for usually less than 3 m and then it will say "an error has occurrd. Press the eject button, remove the game disc.... It only recently started doing this maybe a month ago. Not even. I used to play te new Mario game and resident evil four and it didn't do that. How do I fix it? And if I have to take it to a shop, which one and how much will it cost?

Is active eq better tha. Active pick ups? And what are the differences? I've been told that the pickups need a 9 volt battery but are there any other differences? And what do you personally prefer?

Which ESP LTD bass guitar is better.?

I want to get either the ESP LTD CE-414FM or the ESP LTD CE-154DX and i wanted to know which one is better or which one sounds better or which one is better in quality etc. the 154DX is $400 and the 414 fm is $700, but i dont care about the price. the website for them both is here
