  • Small malshi ate about 2 ounces of milk chocolate bar?

My dog is a 10.5 pound maltese mixed with a shih-tzu, and ate 3/4 of a 57g 2 ounce milk chocolate bar. Is she going to be okay? She has eaten chocolate in the past but not that much so should i be worried? She seems fine right now but should i take her to the vet?

  • Why don't I have Instagram Stories on my iPhone 5s?

I downloaded the update for Instagram stories and it says its downloaded but I still don't have the stories showing up or even a choice to add something to my story. I deleted the app and reinstalled it again but it still didn't show up? what's wrong with that? Does the iPhone 5s not get to have Instagram stories?

  • What absorbency tampon will work up to 4 1/2 hours during gymnastics practice?

Whenever I use pads during practice(which is 4 hours) they make me super hot and uncomfortable and I hate that. I use a regular absorbency tampon, but it gets fully absorbed by 2 hours at the most. I don't really have time to change it out, and I just feel like that would be a pain to do that in the middle of practice. So, what absorbency should I use for tampons to last for a little more than 4 hours during gymnastics practice so it won't leak? Also, is there any specific brand that you like for sports that are very flexible to move around in?Thanks!

  • Bad Hip Pain Help?

ok so I have a problem with my hips and knees where my knees go inward when I am standing and that affects my hip and it something like hip flexers... anyways this has happened before but I'm a gymnast and suddenly my hip "cramped" up and I couldn't move it without it hurting really bad and it hurts when I walk on it, and I can't lift up my leg without it having a sharp pain. I've tried to stretch it to help it but it just hurts so bad that I can't. I have gymnastics tomorrow and I was wondering any tips or exercises anyone has to help and relieve my pain from my hip because this has been happening the whole day:( thanks!
