6 AnswersMedicine9 years agoAdvice needed from people with a understanding of council housing & children with ADHD & Autism?
Please any advice will be so appreciated as I really do not know what to do..... my problem is at present I live in council housing on my own with my 2 boys, it is a 2 bedroom house and my boys are 9 & 3 years old. My 9 year old has ADHD & suffers from borderline Autism, because of this the council have agreed to move me to a 3 bedroom property so the boys can have their own room, my younger boy was sharing my room but over the last month I have put both boys in the same room, all they do is argue, mainly because my younger boy is really annoying to my 9 year old but never the less they argue about every single little thing ! (silly arguments though, like he has poked me! he has looked a me funny ect never ever violent) My problem is do I move because I have a lovely house here, that I have spent so much money on, we are all safe here, their is lots of parks and open space around here and people know us and look out for us. If i move we will not know anyone, it might not be such a nice area, I have no money to do another property up but the boys will have their own rooms therefore their own space, I know bothers do argue but I'm thinking that when they are older one will be 12 and the other 6 years old so sharing might still be a problem because of the age gap, amd my older sons medical & behavioural needs, I really do not know what to do for the best, what do you think?
Sorry just to add the council runs a choice base letting service which means they prioritise your housing needs in bands A B & C, A is for like homeless people & urgent moves, Band B is for people needing to move for medical grounds & severe overcrowding, Band C is for normal overcrowding. Band A & B normally get offered the better properties. I am band B I have been waiting nearly 2 years which means a place will be offered any time now and this will be my only chance to move as if I turn down/decide not to move I will not be aloud to re-apply

Hi their, I am thinking about buying a leather recliner sofa from Harvey's, its £999 for a 3 seater, so not a really cheap one but I was just wondering if they are just as strong as normal regular sofa's as I have never brought a recliner sofa before, obviously I know it depends on the sofa quality but was just wondering in general as the base's are different.

8 AnswersDogs1 decade agoDog aggression to baby?
I have a 7 month old male Cocker Spaniel, I have had him one week, I got him from a family home with children, the owner seemed nice, and the reason for re homing was long working hours, the problem I have is that the dog is showing signs of aggression towards my one year old baby,(he is completely fine with my 7 year old) it only started yesterday, my baby approached the dog while he was sleeping and the dog barked aggressively towards him, like he was going to bite, and this has just happened again, same thing dog sleeping baby approached and he barked in a aggressive nature, I told dog off and put him outside, my question is does anybody know the best way to deal with this, I do not want to re home dog as I feel this behaviour can be corrected, any idea's please.
Also please don't write and say how irresponsible I am keeping a dog that has shown aggression, I really would like to be able to try to work with this problem before I consider re-homing ect
