I was skiing yesterday and I was going off the jumps, like I normally do. As I was going up the ramp, it was icy and I came off sideways with both my legs to the right side. I was going fast and I was probably at least six feet in the air and I fell directly on my hip. I got up and skiied down the rest of the hill with some difficulty and I went home after that since I was having real trouble walking. Nothing I have tried has helped ease the pain, including a hot bath and ibuprofen. In planning on seeing a doctor soon, but do you think I may have a fracture? Most of the pain I have is in my hip joint. I really just want to ski again.

I'm 16 and I ski frequently, but I don't have any skis of my own because my feet have been growing up until this year. I just got nice size 7 Dalbello boots and I have been using those with rentals whenever I go to the ski resort by my house, but I really dislike using rental skis. I am looking to but a pair of skis for under $500, preferably with bindings already attached. My boots are gray with white and magenta buckles, so the skis obviously have to match :). It's important that the quality is good because I am an advanced skier so strong, flexible skis are what I'll be needing. Any advice on what brands to buy, where to buy them, or skis for sale is greatly appreciated!

I'm 16, he's 17. I met him while I was working and he asked for my number. So we've already been on one date; we went to laser tag and bowling and the mall but I didn't really consider it a date because we both brought a friend with us. He wants to go out again and I'm totally fine with that except I suggested a movie, but now I realize it probably wouldn't be the best idea because it's pretty much an open invitation for holding hands/kissing all of that... Which I am not really ready for as it would only be our second date. The movie he wants to see is rated R, so I don't actually know how I would get into the movie (because last time they asked for my ID and it was really awful) and I read that it includes full frontal nudity and sexual content and I am definitely not ready to see that kind of a movie with a boy. I'm a little nervous to cancel our plans and say that I'd rather not see a movie, but where should we go instead? The weather is pretty cold so probably something inside, and something that would be good for a Friday or Saturday night! Thanks for any help!!!!

My best friend just got out of a horrible relationship which ended up with the guy threatening those close to her and he's called her crying, begging for her to love him still but he was emotionally abusive and he was looking for marriage when my friend is only 15. It was a bad relationship from the start and I would expect my friend to stay away from boys for a while (after all, it's only been two weeks or so). But she knew this guy through it all and I just recently found out that he kissed her while she was still dating the abusive guy. Now, she's told me that she doesn't want to date for a while, but she spends every second she can with her friend, which means that she walks with him to her classes, eats lunch with him (and it's just the two of them alone in a band practice room- no wonder he made a move), and they always sit next to each other and talk at school events. She plays his instrument all the time, she's friends with his friends, and she TOTALLY flirts with him, It's almost sickening. Just this morning we had a state sendoff for band and she took his shirt to wear. At school. Through the halls. Just for the fun of it. And believe me, I've told her multiple times that this isn't exactly sending the right signal to him, because he's going to get his hopes up and he's going to ask her out, and knowing my best friend, she'll take it the wrong way and freak out. But she totally likes him, so then she'll say yes. And then they'll start dating. If its anything like her past relationships, it will end badly. Remember her recent ex? Our small group leader and her husband sleep with a SHOTGUN because they were threatened by him. Yeah. I think this kid she hangs around is a really nice guy an d to be completely honest, I wouldn't mind if they dated if my friend didn't have a past like she does. But I know her, and she is going to regret this. She says she doesn't want to date but I know she will, and I know how this will all end. Maybe. I could be completely wrong. Who knows, maybe they'll get married! I just don't want my bestest friend to get hurt like she has in the past. THIS ISN'T HELPING. MY BEST FRIEND IS BOY-CRAZY. IF I CONFRONT HER SHE'LL DENY IT AND THEN GET MAD AT ME. I JUST WANT WHAT'S BEST FOR HER AND I KNOW THIS ISN'T IT. JUST PLEASE HELP ME I SERIOUSLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO.

So My taste in music is kind of like... Coldplay mixed with John Mayer and I really like the song Fix You and Skinny Love. I've been listening to the same songs for quite a while now so I need some new music to spice things up a little... Yeah basically songs that sound depressing I willl most likely like. So leave me some suggestions! I'm really in need of some new stuff to listen to.

So there was a bee flying around on our turf football field in Northeast Ohio and it was HUGE. I'm not kidding, it was at least 1- 1 1/2 inch long... It looked like a bee and the back end of it was a little pointed like it had a stinger and it had clear black and yellow striped.... the closest thing I have found picture-wise is an Asian Giant Hornet but apparently those don't live in Northeast Ohio so maybe look it up and help me because I'm freaking out! I've seen it there more than once and it always flies by our feet:(

There's a window that pops up every day on my PC and it keeps saying that it did a scan and it found, like, 245 problems with my computer... I'm not sure if it's spam or not and I can never get it to close out. And I'm not even sure how it got onto my PC in the first place........ answers?

Me and my 3 friends are going as the Fanta girls for Halloween, and I'm being the red one. The only problem is, I'm 13, and the outfit is way too revealing. Any ideas how to make a costume like it without showing off to much?
