  • Should I just go for it and Kiss him?!?

I have been friends with this guy for a long time and over the past year fell in love with him. He makes me really happy. we can hang out for nine hours and not run out of things to talk about or do.

I wasn't sure how to deal with this after separating from my ex so I kind of did nothing. But then HE started acting completely different. I noticed his hugs lingering and being more intense, and I've caught him sniffing my hair while we hug. The way he talks in text, the activities he suggests, even hanging out at his place is different. Hes kind of a prude. for five years of friendship i have never been in his room, .ow we hang out alone all the time, and he is the one who suggests it.When we last watched a movie he casually scooted closer to me, but when I leaned into him he jumped two feet. Later we were on the tablet together and he sat so close are legs and arms were tangled. When I turned my body into him he moved away again, so when he finally got close I angled my back towards him so we were almost cuddling. Fortunately he didnt run away this time. He kept putting his arm around me, but then like two seconds later would jerk it back like I bit him. Or he would pat me on the shoulder softly. He is 26 and has had a couple of serious girlfriends, but he is shy. He has had an issue not making his feelings known. I know of at least two girls who liked him but gave up thinking he wasn't interested. How can i tell if he likes me? i dont want to ruin our friendship if I am wrong.

  • Is 3600 sq. ft. Enough space for a horse?

Is 3600 sq. ft. Reasonable space for a horse? I am building a fence on my property for my horse so I do not have to board elsewhere anymore. I have fenced off about 3600 sq. ft. And have lifted an old carport to create a 12x12x10 stall and separated grain and tack room. The opening faces se and I live in Nw Oregon. There is a lot of evergreen tree cover and I have had the footing secured for the entire area. Is this acceptable? Or am I going to run into problems? All the places I boarded were much smaller but they also had pasture turnout there and they would not have that here.

  • Can Police Tow Us Marines Car?

My brother is a us marine and overseas. He has an old Chevy parked outside my house. It is registered, but does not have current tags and doesn't start. He told me they could not tow it and dealt with it once before and it turned out they couldn't. I cannot get a hold of him and do not remember the law or act that protected him. Does anyone know of anything?

  • Can DHS tell me where I can live?

I am 19 and just had a baby. He was six weeks early and has been in the NICU at OHSU. He has been there for two weeks and is to go home in one week. Yesterday I was contacted by a dhs caseworker who informed me the local police in my hometown had put in a concern about the babies living situation. I live in a clean, friendly drug and alchohol free six bedroom home. Right now I live there with my mother-in-law, her state caregiver, husband and old family friend who is 48 yrs old and has no criminal history, not even a traffic violation.

My mother-in-law had her two daughters taken away by cps three years ago. At the time she had just had her third heart attack and lost them because of neglect and child endangerment charges. At the time she had no caregiver and was in and out of the hospital. I understand why her kids were taken, and why she voluntarily gave up custody rights. She was and is too sick to care for a child. But this is not her child, she will not be involved in the childs care, will have no unsupervised access to the child, and all of her medications are locked and the only key is in the hands of her caregiver.

DHS says I cannot take my child home because she lives there. They also say I cannot take the child anywhere they have not already approved, Do they have the right to do this? This is my home I have worked for a year to fix and keep up and I have nowhere else to go.

  • Phobia of hospitals/needles and scared about labor?

I have always been scared of hospitals. When it comes to getting shots I go into panic attacks and start acting like a lunatic and have blackouts. When I became pregnant I decided to go online and look up different options than the hospital. In the end I decided I wanted to have my baby at home with a midwife. All my future babies grandparents and many friends freaked out on me and told me I was stupid. I went ahead and made an appointment with a "normal" doctor at a hospital. It went horribly.

I was sent into a room with a NP that I had never heard of who insulted me for not making an appointment with the head doctor (which I had and was who I was expecting to see that day). After that she rushed me through an appointment I was told would take more than an hour in under ten minutes and quite literally refused to answer any questions I had. I had went in nervous and had several questions I needed to ask that were actually IMPORTANT. At the end of the rushed visit they informed me that I had to have blood work done or they would refuse to see me. I tried to appeal to the woman but she just didn't care. Whats horrible is that I had just had blood work done at the same hospital the previous night at the ER for an allergic reaction. It was the exact same work and had come back normal but she wouldn't accept that.

After this horrible experience I decided to get a midwife and leave multiple options available for labor. At this point I am entering my third trimester, am very healthy, as is the baby and there are no foreseen complication risks. I really want to go through with having a home birth like I had originally planned. Everyone is yet again mad at me, telling me that I am being stupid and selfish and immature. I don't know what to do. I am so scared of having my baby in the hospital I am afraid that I'm going to be panicked enough to CAUSE complications. What should I do? Any advice? Anyone who knows how I feel? Does anyone maybe have suggestions or alternatives to the hospital or home birth? I have heard of birth centers but am kinda confused as to what they actually are and how they work

  • Throat burning and pregnant?

I'm about 22 weeks along and about three weeks ago my throat started burning. It almost always happens at night at about 9 before I go to bed. As far as I can tell it is not from being dehydrated, as I had originally assumed. It's bad enough that I'm having a really hard time sleeping and that just seems to be making the problem even worse. Also, I have fairly severe nausea every day all day but am not throwing up.

  • How much time for stealing computers from school?

I have an 18 yr. old friend who stole 16 computers from the school. This would be a fedreral crime and he is going to the grand jury in two weeks. I was wondering if anyone knew what sentence he would get for stealing federal property and breaking and entering. He got caught because he decided to give the computers back and gave a full confession to the police.
