I am an ROTC cadet. Am I required to wear a uniform when i fly?
despite searching through AR 670-1, I can't find that anywhere. some of my fellow cadets say we are supposed to, but i wanted to make sure we're even allowed to.

As I Lie Dying
As I lie dying in this field of mud,
the grass stained red from all the blood,
I hear the wounded all around,
and I see the dead lying on the ground.
And as I lie here, among the dead,
my body filled with bullets of lead,
I can’t help but wonder, was it worth all of this,
Was it worth dying in this dreadful abyss?
I couldn’t help but think, even while dying,
about all the mothers that would soon be crying,
because they would be told they had lost a son,
not understanding the battle was won.
But even they would eventually see,
that their son’s had fought to keep them all free.
And soon others will take up the flag,
Training at places named Parris and Bragg,
For they now know the same as me,
that freedom will never, ever be free.
