its not showing the files on my computer, it shows up in devices, but i cant get to any of the files, i use windows. I used it first on a mac and downloaded everything on it and now im not getting the download link, I have important files on this i need to access. please help

I have contracted an adware and when i tried to uninstall it a window popped up asking if it was removed proporely or not, before i could click no it closed by itself and i cannot uninstall it since, i have tried many different websites and things but it wont go away, it has been three days and noow it has begun causing pop ups during my schoolwork or while i am taking a test, I am in home school and cannot afford to clear my computer because of my work and such on it, I am extremely desperate and need some help.
