I'm 13 and have had asthma forever. Tomorrow we have to run a mile outside, with the 3 other gym classes, and it's only gonna be like 35 degrees. I want to be able to run longer and not let my asthma get the best of me. Anyone have any breathing tips or anything that could help me??! I don't want to still be running trying to finish my mile when everyone else is already done. Plz help me!! Thankyou!

So my crush wants to give me a hug tomorrow and I've alwaus hugged him under his arms (not around his neck) but he has mentioned he wants me to hug him around his neck so he can hug me around my waist. So in band today my partner in the clarinet section who has the same part as me was gone, so I had to play my part all by myself and my teacher made me play all alone to rehurse a part and I messed up bad! It was so embarrassing. So tomorrow if she's not there what's my excuse for why I didn't bring my clarinet or why I can't play?
