  • Swollen tonsils, can't sleep because of falling feeling as I doze off, what's wrong with me?

For the last few weeks, I've been experiencing sore tonsils. This week, they've swollen up and are effecting my ears, neck, head and eyes (strain).

Doctors have only been giving me antibiotics and they haven't helped much.

Now tonight when I doze off, I have this falling feeling in my head and I feel like I can breathe much.

    What is wrong with me????

    I'm exhausted!

  • Why do I think more clearly and creatively when I'm very tired?

I know I'm not the only one that is like this. Many others claim when they stay up late, their minds wander and they think of things they'd never thought of before.

    Come 3am, I feel like a genius.

I'm not much of a writer, as I have dyslexia and I have difficulty learning and processesing and using many words, but last night I was on my laptop just writing a short story for the fun of it, and I re-read it this morning and I swear it was like reading a novel. I can hardly remember typing last night with tired eyes, but I actually did very well.

Why is it we are like this?

  • Extreme dizziness, I feel hear and feel my pulse in the back of my head? What's going on?

For the last few weeks, I've been suffering with extreme dizziness and a pulse in the back of my head. It's the worst when I first wake up.

My parents insist it's my sinuses because my ears are also stopped up and I can feel the pressure of a sinus headache, but I'm still very scared because I've never experienced this before.

Can someone tell me what might be going on?

  • How to begin a story?

I find the very beginning of a story, especially a fictional story, is the hardest part to write down.

How and where do I begin?

    Some advice would be swell.

  • What is this lump that's under the skin on my face?

For a couple of months I've had this little lump that began to form right next to my nose. It's soft, about the size of a pea, moveable and has just recently grown a little bit.

Today I noticed it and I feel and looks irritated. It's sort of puffy and there's a tiny red patch indicating where it is under my skin.

It doesn't hurt to the touch, it's just worrying me.

Any idea as to what it could be? Thank you.

  • I've never had my own identity, but I'm great at copying others?

I've never been unique in my own way, but I'm very talented at copying the identitys of others and anything they do. And I do mean anything.

I have a disorder that makes mathematics, sometimes, impossible for me to process. Sometime in middle school, there was a boy that was an expert in all things mathematical.

I admired him so much, I observed him intensely while he was working, watching his eye movements, which direction his head turned while he was thinking, his habits, the way he walks, the amount of times he breathes a minute, etc.

I looked on religiously, and not soon after, my math skills were equal with his.

The dyscalcla is my brain isn't from my imagination, it's there. But I can remove it, sometimes.

There have been many other happenings like this, I have turned into other people, looking and sounding exactly like them. Taking their identity away, or, borrowing it.

Is there a word or name for this?

I've been called unoriginal, and maybe that's all I am.

  • Is it possible to go down two dress sizes in 3 1/2 months?

I need to go down to an a size 10 (American) by late October. I'm a size 12 right now.

I already work out an hour a day, burning roughly around 200 calories while working out (that will probably improve with time). And I eat a very healthy diet.

Can I get to a size 10 in that time?

  • Why do most people not do what they love in their lifetime?

I ask this question because I am in my early 20's, and I realize that this is the age I should be forming my life and preparing myself for what I want to do for the rest of it. I do what I love to do, and I made it into a career, but so few people seem to want to do the same.

I believe everyone has some sort of talent or passion, and I was lucky enough to find out that I have an art talent at the young age of 2.

I have friends that have ambitions, but never take action. I hear lots of "I have big plans," or "I'm going to do something important," and "I will be remembered."

Again, they never ever take any action. They say they'll start tomorrow or whatever lame excuse they come up with.

I was also very lucky to figure out that this is the age to do or start something big in our lives. We're young, able and not tied down. The world is ours to do what what we will with it. I don't know if I'll make much of a difference on the world, but I intend to leave a big impression on it, ssomehow. And I've been working hard for nearly half a decade on my adult career.

I just don't understand people that want to do things, but would rather stare at a TV for days, and die having lived an ordinary life.

    Can someone explain?

  • Why does she keep trying to be better than me?

I work with a girl that is a few years older than me. I'm in my early twenties, she's in her mid-twenties. We're both artists. She proudly boasts about her skill, I just sort of keep to myself about it. If someone says they like what I'm doing, I quietly say thank you. But if someone tells her they enjoy her art, she goes on about it and looks over at me with this smile that is hateful, I can see it on her eyes.

Today I found out that I am having my art put into a gallery and I get my own work area free, compliments of the gallery's owner. I've worked very hard to get there. I didn't finish high school, and because of that, any and every mentionable career choice is at least ten times harder to get.

She went to college for 3 years for an art degree, but dropped out a few months before graduation, because she figured she was wasting her time.

A few weeks ago, a co-worker of ours was asking me to illustrate her children's book, but the other girl told the woman I said no,because I was too busy. So she took my place...

When she found out about the gallery from my mom, she told me I didn't deserve it and I should just stop because I won't be able to handle two jobs.

It doesn't phase me, but I don't know why she is so bothered by me. She's had plenty of jobs she was hired for. More than me. That's why I don't understand.

  • Brought my friend on vacation and she isn't doing anything but talking to her boyfriend?

For the last year, I've been working and saving up to bring my best friend to Disney. Yesterday we left and last night we got a nice hotel about 3 hours from Disney. Today we're driving the rest of the way and checking in.

She has NO money to her name, I am paying her way through everything. I wanted to make up for the lost time between us when her boyfriend made her move away 2 years ago.

We've, or, my mom and I have seen some awesome sights so far. But my friend won't look away from her phone for 5 minutes to enjoy herself. I didn't save thousands of dollars so she could text and call her boyfriend obsessively.

My mom tried telling her something, but she was in complete denial and said she was hardly talking to him. Anytime you ask her who she's talking to, it's always her boyfriend.

I understand she misses him, and when someone gives you a free vacation, wouldn't it be polite to participate in it?

ESSPECIALL SINCE SHES BEEN BEGGING TO GO FOR YEARS!

I'm not sure what to do, she's not ruining this vacation, but I sure as hell am disappointed. I thought she would be excited and grateful.

Do I own an original or a copy?

A couple of years ago I bought this for $50 at an antique shop.itwas found in an old Mexican house in Louisiana in the attic.

The signature is A Genti Pini, It's's on the right hand corner.

You'll notice is has undergone much damage. That's because it sat in that house for so long that it slowly chipped away I the container it was in. The woman that found It found most of the chips and put it back together. Mostly.

I'm an artist and I know what paint feels like on canvas. There is a slight bumpiness where the paint gets thick.

I looked this painting and painter up, a lot of people claim to have the original.

How do I find out if this is real or a print?

  • I keep having dreams about the end of the universe/galaxy?

I tried looking up the reason for these dreams, but all I get is that I must be under tremendous amounts of stress to be having such dreams. No, I'm not.

I have dreamt about the universe going back into itself. I could see all of the star's during the day, and then as if they were being sucked down a drain, they all began to spin in the same direction. Then we were sucked up and I woke up.

Another dream, had 2 planets circling the moon, then the rest of them followed. Except for earth. We were pushed away, and the moon and the planet's blew up. Earth was fine, but debris from the other planets and moon fell to us and we formed a society around a disaster area and we were the only planet left in our solar system.

That's just a couple of examples. I'm not sure why I have these types of dreams. I never dream about man destroying man, it's always about nature destroying us.

Can anyone tell me why I have dreams like this?

  • Bringing my best friend on her first ever DISNEY WORLD vacation---want to do a fun countdown?

In exactly 30 days, my mom, best friend and I will begin our adventure to Orlando, Florida.

This is my friend's very first time visiting Walt Disney World and I wanted to do a fun countdown. The only problem is that she lives 6 hours away and we are picking her up half way.

What can I do every day that would remind her of how many days are left and to keep her on her toes, even though she isn't here in person?

Thank you, and have a magical day. :D

  • My period won't begin?

I have been taking birth control pills for the last 5 years. Only used to reduce the pain of cramps, they used to be awful and unbearably painful.

I am 22 now and have never been sexually active. My period is 3 days late now. No sign of blood, just some cramps. I'm not sure why it wont begin, but it hasn't started.

What could he the cause of this? Thanks.
