Hey guys, does anybody know what the RECOMMENDED percentage of your diet should be for carbs, proteins and fats???

ok... this might be a stupid question, but what is that black and white clipboard thingy that says the cut number before every scene? you know... the one that says take #...... it's driving me crazy, and hopefully you know what i'm talking about.

anybody know anything about worms in cockatiels, or how to get rid of them? My grandmother was given one not long ago, but I think it has worms now! what do i do????

My sis has been going out with this guy for about 6months, and recently, he's been hitting on me... he told me he wanted to know what it would be like to **** me, he wanted to see me naked, etc. when i told my sis, she just got mad, and didn't believe me. she won't talk to me about him anymore, and she wants to marry the guy! how do i get her to believe me??? we talk to each other about everything, but she refuses to believe me on this one! plz plz plz help!!!!!!

I have a father figure friend (he's 55, i'm 20), and lately, when i hang out with him, he acts very... sexual towards me. He tries to push me against him, he kisses me with his mouth part way open. I don't know what to do! He's been there for me through everything, but this started just recently. he tells me i'm beautiful, etc, etc. Do i just let him do this? is it just him flirting with me? WHAT DO I DO????????? please help me!

So, my boyfriend is finishing his training for the army, and while he's there, he started drinking again. He had quit for a little while because he didn't want to drink for me. Now, he says he needs something to get him through this. He gets really wild when he's drunk, and starts on the girls... I'm worried. i can't exactly see him because he's halfway across the country, and I don't know what to do. Is it fair to ask him to choose between alcohol and me? I want to help him, but I'm afraid he'll get mad and we'll break up while he's over there, and I don't want it to end that way. We've been through alot together, and it doesn't seem right to end it like that. I know all this training is hard on him, but how can I make him see he doesn't need to drink to get through it??? What do I do???????
