I downloaded a file but every time I try to delete it, it says it cannot be deleted because the file is in use by another person or program. It is a .exe file though, and nothing else is using it. I have downloaded this file before and not had any problems deleting it. How can I get rid of it?

I had four iridescent sharks and one pictus cat in a 55 gallon community aquarium. About two weeks ago, all of my catfish exhibited signs of ick. I treated the tank and their ick symptoms disappeared. Now in the past week, I've lost three of my iridescent sharks and the pictus cat. The remaining iridescent looks like he's alright but I can't be sure. All of the other fish seem to be doing fine as well. All are acting and eating as normal. Whatever has gotten into my aquarium seems to only be affecting the catfish species. I really don't want to lose my remaining iridescent because he is the biggest out of all of them and I don't want to replace the ones I've lost until I can be sure they're not going to die as well. Does anybody know what could be infecting my tank?

I work as a dispatcher for a trucking company. I just found out that the office I work in is going to be shut down very soon. I have been offered a position in a different office but it is much farther away from my house. With the increasing cost of gas coupled with what would be a three hour daily commute, I've decided that I don't want to take the position. Will I be eligible for unemployment benefits? I know you're usually not eligible if you quit your job but I don't know if this would technically be considered quitting. I live in Ohio, by the way.

I saw a book on a home improvement show one time. I would really like to have one but I can't remember what it was called. It had all kinds of information in it that a do-it-yourselfer might need. It had all kinds of calculations and conversions in it. It had equations to figure out anything you might need. Basically, it was just a really good reference book. It is similar to a machinist's handbook only it is more general. It is aimed toward the home owner and do-it-yourself crowd. Does anybody have one of these books, know the title of the book, or knowwhere I can get one? I don't remember what show I saw it on but I know they said you should be able to pick one up at a home improvement store but I have not seen them at the local Lowe's or Home Depot. I have a '96 Saturn SL1. I recently replaced the rear shoes, hardware and wheel cylinders. Since then, I have had a low brake pedal. I bled both rear brakes and did not get any air bubbles. With the car on jack stands, you can apply the brakes and still be able to turn the rear wheels by hand. The front wheels will not move. This at least tells me the problem is at the rear brakes. The booster seems to be working properly and the shoes are adjusted properly. The only thing I can think of is that there is air in the lines going to the rear. Anybody else have any ideas?

My wife is pregnant and due on Tuesday. Her midwife told her two weeks ago that she was dialated to 3 cm. They told her the baby should come any day. Then last Wednesday, they told her she was still dialated to 3 cm and they stripped her membranes. They told her it would be 24-48 hours. We still don't have a baby. We go back to the midwife tomorrow afternoon. They told her at her last appointment that they don't want her to go past her due date. What do you think they will do tomorrow?

I recently accepted a position at a new company. I gave my two weeks notice to my boss and he wasn't very happy with me. My two weeks notice will get me to Thursday, March 6th. I've been invited by my new company to start as soon as I can which means I would start on Friday the 7th. My current company has already hired a replacement and he is catching on quickly. I asked my boss today if he would mind if I made this Saturday my last day and he said he needs me to work as long as I could. It would work out much better for me to start my new job at the beginning of the week instead of the end. The new job also offers better pay and benefits. I currently work for a small company and I think there is some bitterness and hurt feelings because I am leaving. I'm thinking about just telling my boss at the end of the day on Saturday that I'm not coming in on Monday. Should I stick it out until Thursday or just burn the bridge and move on?

I've heard that we should have waited until early next year but I don't know why. I'm sure I was able to get the house for less than it's market value but I'm still concerned that I made a mistake. Did I just screw up the rest of my life?

My coworker's wife is my real estate agent. My wife and I have been having many problems with her and have decided to begin using a new agent. She never notifies us of new listings and doesn't follow up on things when we call her. We have missed out on about 3 or 4 houses because she never set up an appointment for us to look at them. We have had no contact with her in almost two weeks. Last time I called her, she was supposed to call me back and I haven't heard from her since. Like I said, that was almost two weeks ago. My question is should we tell her and her husband that we are using a new agent? My wife goes to the movies with her occasionally and aside from being coworkers, I have become friends with her husband as well. I don't know what to do because I don't know how they will react. I don't want to sacrifice the relationship but shes not doing the job we would like. What should we do?

I've managed to lose my remote for my home theater system. I purchased a universal remote that is less expensive but it won't work with my system. Because the Harmony 550 costs $100, I would like to be sure it will work before I buy it.

Lately, my three year old daughter has become very defiant. If you tell her to do something, she will tell you no because she is doing something instead. She actually argues with me and her mother. If we try to send her to her room, she says no and throws a tantrum on the floor. She stomps her feet and yells and screams but absolutely will not do what we tell her to. I actually have to carry her to her room. She will say or do things immediately after we tell her not to. If we smack her hand or swat her butt, she just smiles at us. It has no effect at all. She also lies to us all the time. I know its not just for attention because our lives completely revolve around her. She definitely doesn't lack attention. I just don't know if this is a phase or not. She's also incredibly hyper and I've suggested having her tested for ADHD but my wife (understandably) doesn't want to medicate her at such a young age. What can we do?
