  • How safe is it to fly long haul at 7-8 weeks pregnant? ?

It is safe to fly long hours during first trimester?

Does anybody know if it is safe to fly when 7 weeks pregnant? I've already booked this trip for a while and really want to go. Some people say it fine, some people say is not. I'm going to see my OB in couple weeks but really want some answers before that :(

  • How to move from a small company to large corporate after working for more than 5 years?

I'm an Accessory Designer and working at a small company for 5 year right out of college. I have been trying to find a job with corporate company but every time not success. Most of the time from all HR said my experience is not with big corporate. With my 5+ years experience I would of be senior designer at some corporate if I were working at a well known company. I feel trapped. I recently had phone interview with a well-known company that I love. However, I was interviewing for designer position but they want me for assistance designer and that only offer half of what I'm making now. I know it would be a good move for career but bad for $$$. Any idea? What should I do? Please help.
