Does anyone have any answers conserning discrimination with csru.

im trying to collect child support in one case, im trying to get a case reveiw in another case, every time i call these people i get a different answer. Its seems every time i call i get a female person, she is always rude and thinks im the perp here. I never seem to get any answers. anyone have any ideas to share? I think if your a man trying to do anything conserning csr your just screwed. Are the laws ever going to change, in this day and age, more and more women are running off and not the men. Im trying to raise 3 kids cause their mother ran off...im trying to get support for them to no avail, im paying support for one that doesnt live with me, CSR doesnt even know what going on with either case. they just try and throw me in jail for not payin and wont give me a review.. Is this a classic case of the right hand dont know what the left hand is doing?

Why cant i have my case reveiwed? i quit my job to stay home and raise 3 other kids, i was told by csr that my case wouldnt be reveiwed cause i quit insead of being fired....how does that make sense? They also say my case is only reveiwable every two years. But ive been trying to get a review for the last 3 yrs....im sure it would have fallin in between these years..whats the deal? Are the people at csr (child support recovery) that incompetent?
