I have taken about 64,000 IE of vitamin E daily for the past week or two, I have only just considered the fact that it may be detrimental to my health and well being. I have done my own research and discovered that the liver can dispose of excess amounts of vitamin E, but I wanted some reassuring words on what I should do. I think that what I will end up doing is discontinuing the supplements and hoping for the best. Does anyone recommend a different route to take?

I would like to know ASAP because I have gotten a little bit nauseous and sick to my stomach.

I am looking for a way to make a pulsating signal that will slowly go from 0-120 volts AC and back in 30 seconds or so to make my christmas lights fade in and out. I also didn't want to use an Arduino because that is a little overkill in my opinion. I was thinking of using a 555 timer but not sure how to make the signal fade using one.
