I'm a 17 year old girl and my face is very asymmetrical. I have a crooked jaw which looks underdeveloped from the side, my left eyelid is way bigger than my right, my right eyebrow is higher up than my left, my lips are extremely thin and almost slanted sideways and one cheek is slightly wider than the other. I can fix most of this with makeup but I wish I was better looking without it. Here is a picture of me without makeup

What can I do to fix this without surgery? :( I just want to look normal and pretty for once.

I've been working at Chick Fil A for about two years now. I'm 17, but I'm out of high school so I can work full time. A few months ago they promoted a guy that has only been here for 3 months and I ended up training him on everything. Another guy was promoted, but he deserved it abs he has been here awhile. My manager and I are close and he has told me several times that everyone looks at me to teach the way of the company. I have a lot of the responsibly as the team leaders and I am the best person on headset. I know I'm allowed to be promoted at my age too, I asked a while back. I work so hard while a lot of the team leaders sit on their phones. A co-worker of mine who is friends with the manager told me that she told him I would definitely be the next person promoted. This was a week ago. Today I came into work and lo and behold, another guy is promoted to the position that I keep being told I deserve. He got here around a few months after me. I'm so upset by this. They're all dudes that keep being promoted too. The two managers are awesome. Ones a man, ones a woman. Idk what to do I really thought this was coming for me after all my dedication... what should I do?

I woke up around 3 am and I started throwing up. I just got my period last night and I also have severe cramps which are making me feel nausea. I called work at 515 when the manager gets there to open and told him. I work in fast food. he told me to call a few certain people and none of them could cover me. I go in at 7 and now I'm trying everything I can to feel better but I'm just not. I threw up again a few minutes ago and I really can't go in, but if I don't the manager will be the only person to work headset, window, and front counter so I need to be there because nobody else comes in until 9 :( what should I do? Hello. I am 17 and will be starting college in January. I don't turn 18 until August. My dad, who I live with, is against me moving out with my boyfriend of four years into an apartment right next to college. We both have steady jobs and can afford to move out. I do not want to travel 30 minutes to my college and 15 mins to work every day just because my dad won't let me move. He says I can when I'm 18. Is this weird? Our 3 year anniversary is today :) he is 19 and we started dating when I was 13 and he was 16. I feel like since we have been together so long, i feel older than I really am, if that makes sense? I feel as if we have been together so long and had so many sleepovers at each others houses that I'm practically ready for marriage. Please don't think I'm crazy, I'm not really going to run away and get married haha. But basically, what I'm asking is; is it normal to feel this way at such a young age? And is it strange that we have been together so long? If we get married when I'm 20, we will be going out around 7 years already!

He doesn't try to make me go first, i just touch myself and if he goes first, he doesn't help me finish and never lets ONLY me go even though I do it for him all the time. I know he loves me but i think he takes me for granted and walks on me sometimes.. I've tried giving him space but that shouldn't even be an issue since we only see each other once or twice a week and barely talk on the phone, we mostly text.. I'm NOT breaking up with him, I am looking for a SOLUTION. What can I do to get him to stop breaking plans and be more willing to "please" me in bed?

I clicked the source code in an online quiz because copy and paste is disabled, so I used that. I was wondering if the codes contained the answers to the questions. I LOVE my job so much. It is really fun and a great learning experience! I have a huge problem though. I f****ing HATE my stupid co workers!!!! There is this one chick, thinks she's really the sh**. Yea, she's pretty hot, but shes dumb as bricks. Like REALLY stupid. She asked me how to spell pillow. There's this other chick, totally opposite, could beat Steven Hawkings at chess. But man, she is f***ing as ugly as a brick wall. Now, they aren't the worst. Another co-worker of mine, i'm pretty sure he comes to worked stoned every day and lights up on break. He eats ALL the time and you will never see this dude without a damn sandwich. The worst part about him is that he brings his smelly dog to work everyday and feeds him his food as well! WTF??

Well, I first felt this way after I moved to the Bronx. I am Caucasian, however, prior to moving I noticed how bland I am. Everybody here is brown, black, tan, etc.. I wish I was different :(.. I honestly wish I was black.. I wish I had a swollen booty, shiny teeth, nappy hair, and educational privileges. I wish I had swag!! I am jealous of everybody with their snap-backs and tattoos. Why am I white? :( Can I legally change my skin color? I will never be cool now :( Ugh I hate being white. I will never get scholarships. I don't even have a cool ancestry. I wish my granny was an ol patsy.

I just hate waking up knowing that I can't spend my day studying, playing with my little brother or taking my dog to the park. I just got a promotion and both of my managers really like me and think i'm a hard worker but it's really just a show i put on because i would never admit that i hate working. the fact that I have to do this for the next 60 or so years just makes me feel demotivated. I don't want to be a puppet and I come from a low income family so I can't just start my own buisness with no funds. I don't know what to do this is really dragging me down and I dread waking up every day knowing that I could be doing something better but I have to go to work... how do i motivate myself? :( I just hate working and I hate people telling me how I should be

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years. He is a really great guy, and i love him more than anything. I know he loves me too but the problem is that I only see him once a week, and dont get to talk to him almost at all until i see him again. :( His phone broke months ago, and he has been using his mom's phone to text me when she gets off of work. Well, now he is literally spending Monday through Friday at his friends house so we have no way to talk at all. Ocasionally we send messages through xbox live but its annoying and we dont talk just more of a "goodnight" type thingy /: We have established a compomise that we would talk on the phone 2 nights a week when he is home. That's been going fine for about a month now because he usually goes home for a night or two during the week, if only for a few hours. But he hasn't had the chance to call me at all this week because he hasn't been home.. I really miss him and He says he misses me but only if i say it first. When we see each other on the weekends, things are perfect, we don't run out of things to talk about, we get to cuddle and kiss and all that and it's great. But what can I do about not talking or texting him during the week? :( I've thought about buying him a phone but i just don't know about that because it's something he needs to do

I am 16, and my sister is 13. Let me just start off by saying that i have a lock on my bedroom door and you need a key to get in, so the problem is not really her taking things from my room. (sometimes). I wash my own laundry, and every time i take my clothes out of the dryer or washer, something seems to be missing. I look in her room, and of course, my clothes are in there. I don't want to sit by the washer and dryer until my clothes are done, thats pretty extreme. Yesterday, my sister got my clothes out of the dryer for me, which is unusually nice, so i just said thanks and went to bed. I woke up this morning to get ready for work and SHE TOOK MY ONLY BRA! Wtf? I apparently get to wear no bra to work today, which is awkward as hell. I buy all of my clothes myself, which makes me enraged 10x more when she takes them. I also let her and 2 of her friends in my room yesterday so I could cut her friends' hair. As I was cutting, her and her friend apparently took a whole bunch of my makeup off of my desk and I can't find it in her room. This crap happens all the time. I'm so sick of having to hide things in my own damn house!!!!!!! UGH!

I work in fast good and literally every time I have a day off I get a call either from my boss wanting me to work or someone asking to cover their shift. in all honesty out of all the phone calls I've ever gotten I've only come in once when they asked. I don't usually answer the calls as I know I'm not obligated to but Im starting to think that they don't think of me as a team player. I got a raise last week and I don't want them to think I'm a bad worker for NEVER coming in on a day off.. but I'm honestly so annoyed that im always called at like 7 am on a day off. then they call again an hour later right when I fall back asleep! :(

I have been with him for 3 years and this is the guy that i want to marry. The past few weeks or actually months, he's been nonchalantly avoiding me. He doesn't want to hang out, but when we do, everything is absolutely great. During the first 2 years we used to talk on the phone every night since we only see each other once a week (we still only get to see each other once a week) and he never wants to talk on the phone, unless i bother him about it but then i feel bad.. sometimes he makes plans with his friends (even though i only see him once a week) on the day that we usually hang out so then he's with his friends and i have to wait 2 weeks to see him... and he sees his friends during the weekdays for work! :( I just don't feel important to him anymore. We're hanging out with his friends tomorrow which is fine but i asked him if he could have alone time by me sleeping over tonight and he said no, its too late ( it was 6 pm when i asked. ummmm yea.) I just don't understand what i've done. I dont really think i'm clingy but im really hurt that he is treating me like this and taking me for granted big time. I'm thinking of what i should do, i don't want to break up with him though.
