Has anyone read this recently discovered document from the federal Government?

What a bombshell, who knew that the branches of Government actually had rules to follow?
1 AnswerGovernment1 decade agoShould politicians have to take a test proving adequate knowledge of the Constitution before swearing in?
We have to take an exam to prove we know the basics of the traffic regulations, road signs etc, to drive 5 minutes to the corner store. Why aren't the politicians required to pass an exam on the basics of the Constitution before they take office and drive our Country for four years?
6 AnswersGovernment1 decade agoWhy don't the peaceful protesters at the G20 stop and detain the Black Bloc?
Every time a major protest occurs the police seem to send an undercover squad to incite violence. When they start their violence why do the peaceful protesters just let it happen, knowing that this will lead to police violence against them? They should be detained, demasked, photographed and turned over to the police. The police would then have to prosecute or be embarrassed and exposed.
3 AnswersCurrent Events1 decade agoIf money is a form of free speech protected by the Constitution, isn't withholding payments also protected?
Corporate donations (payments to politicians) are Constitutionally protected without limit, so isn't not paying bills (the withholding of payments) to corporations or the government also protected as free speech, and as such, could not be penalized by corporations, local, State or Federal government?
Fair trade, I guess - the corporations get the politicians and we get all of their goods and services for free. No more credit card debt, mortgages, or tax bills.
