  • When is a good time to have a second baby?

Hubby and I had our first and only child a little over 7 months ago. As I suffer from sever Hyperemesis Gravidarum with my pregnancies, we're not wanting to wait very long to finish our family. I don't want our daughter to be old enough to realize how sick mommy is. I also just want to get it done and out of the way, to be finished with HG for the rest of my life.

I'm wondering what time frame a woman's body need to properly "reset" and heal after a pregnancy. Any help is greatly appreciated.

  • 4 months postpartum, cervix still 2-4 cm dilated is this normal?

I has some severe bleeding at the birth, had a transfusion. Severe bleeding again at 4 weeks postpartum, and then went back into labor at 9 weeks postpartum. I had huge pieces of tissue left over, i passed them on my own (after going to the hospital, of course). I'm scared theres still some in there, and on top of that my cervix is still dilated....anyone else have these problems?

  • Ondansetron for morning sickness, anyone else had it prescribed?

My Ob/Gyn put me on Ondansetron for severe morning sickness, has any one you been put on this? If so, I'd like a little reassurance that it's safe, I know it's kind of crazy, but it worries me.

  • What to expect?

I am pregnant with my first child, and am wondering, what can I expect at my first prenatal appointment? I am going to it tomorrow morning at 10 weeks and also having my first ultrasound done at the same time. Is is just an internal exam and some questions, followed by the ultrasound, or will it be more in depth? Also, What can i expect to see or hear when they do my ultrasound? Will I receive pictures or a video?

  • Cramping with pregnancy?

I just found out yesterday morning that I am pregnant, however, I have had some cramping. By my guess, I am between 6-8 week pregnant (I have irregular periods, so it's hard to gauge). I have heard that cramping can be a sign of miscarriage, am I right to be worried?
