Anyone have any good tips, tricks, music sites, podcast sites etc...? This is my first mp3 (been living in a closet) so all of this is new to me. I have a decent music collection stored on Yahoo Music, Limewire, Itunes, and just forwarded it all to Windows Music. I'm not sure if all or any is formatted correctly for the Zune (getting it a week or two). I thought is was supposted to be in WMA format, so any tips in case I need to reformat.

ANY tips would be greatful, the sites/forums i've looked at are way too advanced for my old brain.

They are only around in late July-August and make huge webs at night. The spiders themselves are nickel sized and brown/black mixed.

We just had a major storm in the midwest and many areas lost power for 3 to 5 days. Someone mentioned they bought a large generator, used it for 3 days and returned it for a refund.

My question is what does the stores do with the used equiptment? They can't sell it as new. I am interested in seeing the prices they are offering for a basically new generator, reconditioned or used. Any one have an insite?

I am building a small deck soon and need to narrow down a material. I have used pressure treated wood and it has not preformed well. I also researched composite material and have not found it to have a good review. (mold issues) Fir is not something I have knowledge about.

So...anyone have any first hand experience with fir or composite material for use in a deck?

I cannnot believe how many stupid, ignorant, uneducated people there are who post questions on this board. It amazes me that these people are allowed to breed children none the less have a dog. Some of the questions I've read are so irresponsible I want to scream. No wonder why animal abuse is so wide spread and shelters are packed to the brim. Shame on all of you.

I have been taking my dog to obedience training classes for several weeks at a knowledgable reconized trainer. She and her staff train obedience, agility, competion, show and many others, so I know she knows her job. My dog has a habit of bum rushing the other dogs barking playfully and tail wagging. The problem is she is 110lb AmStaff/Bull Mastiff mix which makes it hard to control and others nervious. The trainer told me she has not had enough experience with other dogs to understand how to play and be social playing with other dogs. She suggested trying a muzzle (loose cage type, not the tight restricting type) on her and have her try a dog play group. That way she can play and learn to play without the chance pf accidently hurting anyone. My question is.....has anyone used this method, had this same issue and method of solving, or knows anything about using a muzzle?

I am having a hard time finding a coat/sweater for my dog. She is a 110 boxer mastif mix who has a barrel chest that makes it very hard to find something that fits. I've tried a couple in xl and xxl and nothing fits around her chest or her collar to chest. Her measurements are neck 22, chest 38, collar to chest 14, length 28. Anyone know of any sites that cater to very large dog clothing, Mastiffs, Great Danes, Rotts, etc...

I received a kit to make beef jerky for X-mas that came with a single pack of Meat Cure by Mortons. I can't seem to find it in any of the local grocers. Any ideas who or what kind of store whuld carry it?

I want to address my Xmas card envelope by using something on my computer but I don't want lables. I'd rather print directly onto the envelopes. I have a Dell with Windows XP. If anyone could be of assistance.....
