Alright so say I'm a 17 year old who signs up for a site that gives referral bonuses of $$ when you sign up other people under you. The terms of service state you need to be 18 to sign up, but don't request an age in the sign up process, just that you check a box saying you're old enough. So now, assume that this 17 year old has been using this site for a while, not receiving money, and turns 18. Then he makes some money on the site and wants to cash it out. Will the site, upon receiving verification of age, not allow the withdrawl because the 18 year old signed up when he was 17?
