  • Does mighty putty work on car engine components?

    I have a mazda 626 with a chronically leaking reservoir tank. Lest I continue replacing them every d*mn time the seam splits at 60 a pop, would using MIghty Putty on the seam and allowing it to cure seal the tank properly and allow it to maintain pressure (and coolant)? i'd love to know, and i'm tired of dumping money out with every tank of coolant...
