I've got two computers using XP, one Pro, one Home. The Home is connected directly to my router at 100Mb. The Pro is connected through 802.11g and runs anywhere between 36Mb and 54Mb. I'm transferring 140GB of data from Pro to Home, and my network utilization never gets above 30%. Is there anything I can do to speed this up?
Both have static IPs, if it makes a difference.

I currently have two 250GB drives running in a RAID 1 array. I want to add another 250GB drive to get a 500GB RAID 5 array, but I don't want to lose my partition. Can I just throw in another drive and use the RAID BIOS to set up a new array or do I have to reformat?
