Firstly I've never actually watched Dr. Who.

Lately with the new Dr who series, I see a lot of people talking about the ninth doctor and tenth doctor, then I've heard others saying they prefer the fourth or the seventh, etc etc.

I understand they're talking about the actors, but I've also gathered there is an actual reason in the show's lore for why there are multiple iterations of the doctor.

What is actually happening, within the fiction, when one doctor replaces the one before him?

My main C drive on my PC is beginning to fail. I've purchased a new HDD and need to clone the C drive onto the new one.

What FREE program should I get to accomplish this?

I changed my Xbox Live gamertag recently, And while all my saved games on my HDD switched over, I had some separate saved games on a memory card which are still tied to my old gamertag.

Is there anyway to get these saves tied to my new gamertag?

I use a family PC, and had an existing Uplay account I wanted to link to my Facebook account, sadly another family was logged into facebook and hadn't closed the window, so when I clicked the "link to facebook" button, it auto linked their account since. Now I need to break this link so I can connect my own facebook account.

I tried contacting Ubi support, but their site is down.. looks like it needs support, very ironic :-p.
