  • How do you tell your estranged children you have cancer?

    Just been diagnosed with cancer havn't been in communication with children for years. Do I just send them a letter saying I've got cancer and just thought they should know I won't be around much longer. Should I tell them I have been missing them all these years or just except my lot shut up and pass away without really knowing who they are. I'm heartbroken and at a loss as to what to do last effort at communicating was disasterous. They're fully grown and don't hesitate to call me every name under the sun but I've got to know.
