  • Is making up people in my head extremly unusual? ?

I enjoy making up people in my head, they are 100% fictious, but I will put them in 100% real situations and act as if they are real. I've created hundreds of people: regular folks, athletes, celebrities, and politicians. I've got life stories for most of them, where they come from and how their live is in present day. Just for example:

Chris James: Born September 3, 1976 in Parkland, FL is the starting Right-Fielder for the St. Louis Cardinals, and is having a pretty good season.

Ross Pearson: Born May 22, 1971 in Los Angeles, CA. He's an actor who had a sitcom that aired on CBS from 1994-1996 and on FOX in 1997. He has a new show set to debut this September.

Domingo Jimenez: Born February 16, 1988 in San Juan, PR and moved to contiental US in 1994. He's a grad student at FSU and got his bachlorre's degree last June.

I do have a social life and have a lot of good and close friends, so it's not as if I need to make up people, but I do anyway. Why? Is this very unusual, normal even?

  • What football position should I play?

I'm 14 and going into high school next year. I haven't played football in a rec league or a high level since I was about 9 at peewee and naturally I've grown a lot since then.

I'm looking to play Freshman Football next year and at around 5'11, 6'0 on a good day and around 185 pounds I'm wondering what position I should play. I've got decent speed (I run a 5.2 40 yd) I'm thinking maybe Tight End or Linebacker but I'm not sure, what do you think?

Alright, if you can tell me who the girl in the picture in the link below looks like, and I agree with it, you'll win an easy ten points.

If they're is a tie, whoever is really close (I've got a couple people already in mind, which are nearly spot on) will win.

So, go ahead, and guess. The link is right below.

Does that mean that Kobe is remembered more for

  • Should Major League Baseball Face Realignment?

Look at Major League Baseball. You have two divisions in which four teams probably could end up in the Playoffs, two really weak divisions where no teams should be in the playoffs, a division with four teams and another with six! It's very obvious that Major League Baseball's Alignment is messed up right now, as needs to be fixed. I've come up with two systems that could work, and give each team an equal opportunity to make the postseason.

First System: Expansion; add 2 teams to the American League

If we 16 teams in both leagues, we can 4 divisions with 4 teams. Each Division Winner makes the Playoffs, no Wildcards. Divisions would be like the NFL.

    North:

    (NL)

    Chicago

    Milwaukee

    Cincinnati

    St. Louis

    (AL)

    Minnesota

    Cleveland

    Chicago

    Detroit

    South:

    (NL)

    Florida

    Atlanta

    Houston

    Arizona

    (AL)

    Tampa Bay

    Kansas City

    Texas

    Oklahoma City (Expansion)

    East:

    (NL)

    New York

    Philadelphia

    Washington

    Pittsburgh

    (AL)

    New York

    Boston

    Toronto

    Baltimore

    West:

    (NL)

    Los Angeles

    Colorado

    San Diego

    San Fransisco

    (AL)

    Los Angeles

    Portland (Expansion)

    Seattle

    Oakland

    Or...

Second System: No Divisions; top 4 teams go to playoffs.

No Divisions, just National League and American League, each team plays the equal amount of times (or close to it) and the Top 4 Teams (based on record) go to playoffs.

I like my first system better, but what do you think? Should we see Realignment, Expansion, or nothing at all?

  • Should the Utah Jazz change their name?

The Utah Jazz were relocated from New Orleans to Utah in 1979. The funny thing is, Jazz isn't prominent in Salt Lake like in New Orleans, so the name really didn't stick. But, it's prevailed for 30 seasons, and Utah is switching logos back to the logo it had 1979-1996. But, if Utah is changing its logo, why isn't just changing the name, to something more fitting, like the Utah Blizzard, or Utah Lakers...(actually, it's probably better in Salt LAKE City than in Los Angeles)? What do you think, keep the name, change the logo, or change the name?

  • Does the NL East have the MLB's best pitching?

Roy Halladay pitched against Josh Johnson for the second time in less than a month.

The Marlins retired 20 consecutive batters, and the Phillies had 18 out of 19. Another fantastic pitching performance by two of the best in the National League.

So, considering that every team in the NL has a Cy Young Award Candidate...

    Phillies: Hallday

    Marlins: Johnson

    Mets: Santana

    Braves: Hudson

    Nationals: Strasberg

...Does that mean the National League East has the Major's best pitching?

  • Who should play Indiana Jones after Ford?

Lets face it, one day they will try to reboot the franchise for a third time. I think it's a smarter move to get a younger, but recognizable, actor to play Jones, so the franchise can go back to it's roots. But the question becomes, who would play Indiana Jones?

While I don't think Shia Labeouf would fit, an actor like Christian Bale, or Gerard Butler, IMO, would be a perfect match. Butler played an Indiana Jones-type character in Nym's Island in 2008.

So instead of a 70 year old Ford, who would you see as Indiana Jones?

  • Can the Dolphins Make a run...Again?

Last Year Miami, was 2-4, went 9-1 to win the AFC East

So what 2-2/1-3/0-4 team is liable to make a run to make the Playoffs

I say Miami, who has been playing good football, and hasn't fell into place (not counting the 38-10 win today)

    or Houston, same rule applies
