  • DSi Roms not working?

My daughter has an R4i card with version 1.32 software uploaded. I haven't uploaded any new games for a while but when I've tried recently very few seem to work.

I either get an errcode 4 or the screen simply goes blank.

I've read about patches, is this needed? or is there another solution?

    Thanks

  • red steel 2 wii - content?

Is it possible to down rate the content on this game, as you can with Call of Duty.

With COD you can remove the swearing and a bit of the blood shed to make it more suitable to the slightly younger player.

  • Info needed re:taxes in Australia?

I am thinking of moving to Australia and need to work out what I would actually earn, I understand the income tax increases with earnings, but are there any other taxes or mandatory payments I need to consider.

For example in the UK we have to pay national insurance etc.

  • My son wants a BMX for Christmas?

My son is asking for a BMX for Xmas, and I'm not sure of which brands are any good.

Diamond Back have been around forever (even when I was a kid) but he has also seen some Apollo (halfords own brand), GT and X Rated.

He particularly likes the X Rated one.

I am looking around £150, any advice?

  • Computer won't switch on!?

We have a Dell Dimension 3100. The other day my wife asked my son to put the computer on stand-by (using the "start" menu).

Ever since we have been unable to restart the computer.

I have tried turning off the power completely, CTL ALT delete etc but no joy.

All that happens is the on button on the pc itself just flashes. I have tried holding it in but this just turns it off.

Any simple fixes? or do I have to get a man in?

    Thanks

  • Rankin Dragon Advice Please?

We are new rankins owners, our new dragon is six months old, we've had him a week, in a 3ft viv, ceramic heater [100W] connected to a habistat unit, 60w heat spot bulb, 10% UVB strip bulb. He's a great eater who loves peas, poops every day, eats five dusted hoppers a day, digs a bed in the sand as soon as light go off and is really sweet. He seems to stay in his basking spot 90 - 95 degrees, ambient 80 -85, cool end 70-75. We thought that the basking spot didn't seem warm enough but for the last three days he's taken to staying in the basking spot but has his mouth open most of the time. I thought this was to help the 'cooling down' process but I worried that he's adopted this behaviour. Is it stress and aslo should we leave water in all the time or not as it does evaporate and I think they don't like humidity? Please help me as I really want to keep this little one happy and healthy. Thanks

  • chest hair removal wax vs cream vs shaving?

My wife is dropping some heavy hints to lose the chest hair, so am willing to give it a go, but just looking to weigh up the options.....

Shaving, I guess has potential to cause rashes and no doubt itch when growing back (I have recently had small patches shaved for a routine ECG)

Waxing, I'm sure pain is an initial issue but long term any down sides?

Cream, I have no knowledge of the impliomentation or the aftermath, any advice?

  • motorbike won't start!!!!?

I have a 1991 FZR 600 and it is has had an intermittant starting problem that has now become permanent.

    Symptoms:

won't start with the start switch, but will bump start

when pressing the start switch oil light comes on. (showing connection)

I have taken the starter switch apart and cleaned and tested it.....all seems ok in the switch.

Then moved to the solenoid, when earthing it the engine turns over, similarly when bridging the +ve and -ve terminals the engine turns over. The only problem is I don't know what this means, is the solenoid good or bad.

    If its good, whats next?

    Thanks
