I've been having really bad period-like pains for 4 days now which have been waking me at night as they are really hurting bad. I'm not normally a wuss when it comes to pain but these are doubling me up in agony while they last. They are happening several times a day for about half an hour at a time.They feel exactly like period pains - really low at the front and making me feel like I need to "vanish to the loo for a number 2" across the back! Pregnancy test is positive and according to various websites I'd be 5 weeks pregnant. Any ideas?

I came off the pill in March after being on it for 12 years; had withdrawl bleed immediatey then period 2 weeks later. Two weeks after that, I was feeling dead tired, sore nipples, gassy, indigestion, weepy, craving almonds (which I hate!). My period was due on the 13th May but didn't arrive so did test (during the middle of day) which was negative. Having a little bit of light browny discharge yesterday and today but no period. Could I be pregnant despite the negative or are these all symptoms of coming off the pill after so long?
