I have a question, I am in the Army and I am an NCO, I asked another female who is in the Army and is also an NCO(Non-Commissioned Officer), if she would like to go to the movies, she is not in my chain of command. She rejected me by saying it would be inappropriate for her to hang out with me, I responded by saying "If you change your mind you know were I live." She reported me to my commander and First Sergeant. Did I do anything wrong. She is an E7 and I am an E5.

Good evening everyone, I have a crush on a female. I texted her telling her how I felt about her, she responded by saying she was okay with my feelings I have for her. I recently ran into her in a library and offered to help her with a research paper. I noticed that she was getting annoyed with me and I backed away. I went to another computer and started to do my own thing. When she was finished with her work she walked up to me and told she was leaving. I asked her for a ride back to our barracks(Army living apartment), she said yes and drove me back. I texted her back and told her I enjoyed being around her and hope to spend more time with her. Two days later she responded with " You creeped me out. You also creeped my friends out. You don't know how to read body language. I have my own set of friends that I love. I hope you find your own friends. I do not want to get to know you. You creeped me out." I need some advice in responding back to her text.

I am in the Army, and my coworkers are constantly gossiping behind my back. It has gotten to the point that whenever someone new comes into our unit they try to turn them against me by trying to ruin my reputation, but, no one knows anything about me. There is now this new female who publicly tries to start fights with me. I am trying to figure out why it has gotten this far?
