  • How to COPYWRIGHT a WEBSITE? Is it required?

So I started learning HTML, CSS and JAVASCRIPT on my own for the past 6 months. I have gotten pretty good at it, and now I have the confidence to charge clients for my new skills.

My concern is, AFTER I complete my whole website and before uploading the files to a Hosting Provider (Hostgator, Hostinger, Bluehost etc...), is there a "LEGAL" aspect I need to consider before saying to the client "Hey, the site is online and ready!"..??????????

Ive seen they add the "COPYRIGHT © 2021" at the footer of the website....

Do I only need to add that text on the footer and be done?

Can someone guide me if theres are legal steps I need to take? I'm living outside the U.S. so please conside that....

Thanks for your help if you are reading this, I have been out of work and web development has been something that has motivated me a lot.

    Have a nice day!

  • Do REAL friends GHOST you?

If you havent done anything bad to an old friend you you hanged out normally maybe once a week, and he or she suddenly deletes you from his cellphone (instant messaging app) with a previous 2 month distancing and short 1-2 word answers...are they really your friends?

In my opinion, that is immature and cowardly. I see that person posting on social media like nothing has happened etc. At first I thought maybe that "friend" was having a personal issue, cellphone stolen etc ,but nah...he responds to others people messages on social media.

What are your thoughts on fake friends who are there due to convenience or circumstances that favor them or benefit them?

  • Why people change with money? Old friends...?

Graduated highschool 15 years ago. A female friend from highschoo I know, was not one of the "popular" girls (yeah I know, but you know how highschool works, shallow) but I always respected her and never ignored her etc. Other classmates would sometimes make fun of her etc. She wasnt bad looking, only she did not hangout with the "cool girls". Yes, highschool is like that sometimes amd I was never a participant into judging people, I was always the guy who played sports, had many female friends and male friends, always with a mindset "lets all get along" we all have value. I liked her as a person, but never really hanged out as close friends.

8years ago, she started her own business, and started to do well this past 2 years, making big bucks etc. I admired that since 8 years ago, I would facebook her congratulating her, just pure "old senior friendship", I was not after anything else just recognizing her success and entrepreneur work. It was until she started to sell to multinational stores and celebrities her product, that I noticed a change. Messaged her thru instagram congratulating her 6 months ago but she just left me seen, not reply. I tried again 6 months later cause I thought she forgot, but same, sees the message and no reply. She posts about many things not just work, sometimes random things. Is she into her ego/head and now that is making tons of money seeing others beneath her? She was more responding back 5..10 years ago. More humble. What do u think?

  • ERP Software, Odoo, opensourse, taxes?

I just installed an opensourse ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software called Odoo "Community version 12" in my laptop for my tiny business at home. I sell small robots. I want to use the POS and Inventory app to keep it efficient and stop using excel to keep records. I bought a barcode scanner, cash register, monitor and thermal printer.

    My question is:

Since Odoo "Community Version' ERP is opensource, do I need to pay a special type of tax to the government just by using it in my business?

What about the people who BUY Odoo "Enterprise version" or any other ERP software?

Do people who purchase an ERP software, or use an opensourse ERP software, need to pay taxes to the local government in their country?

For example, yeah, I pay taxes when I sell my product. I fill the invoice manually and give it to the customer when the payment is done, then I pay taxes to the IRS at the end of the month...etc.

but by using an ERP do people pay taxes?

    Thank you

  • How long can gasoline sit inside a car fuel tank before it gets ruined or causes problems to injectors or fuel pump?

So my 2002 Altima 2.5 has been sitting for 10 months since the cylinder head is off.

Is the fuel ok to try to start it once I put everything back together?

If not, how do I drain the tank?

  • How to add engine oil to cylinder walls if the piston is at TDC?

So I have my Nissan Altima 2.5 engine with 145K miles with the cylinder head off and engine drained the past 8 months.

I already applied small amount of oil with my fingers around 2 piston bores, but the other 2 have the piston all the way to the Top.

I cant rotate the crank cause the timing chain is held with zip ties and it will make a mess in the timing etc.

People here on yahoo answers told me to lubricate the cylinder bores with oil but Im only capable of doing it to 2 cylinders.

How do I lubricate the other 2 cylinder walls?

Im hoping to assemble it this weekend.

    Thanku for your advice.

  • Can you reuse an OEM Factory Nissan cylinder head gasket just torqued down but the engine was not started?

So I installed the QR25DE cylinder head gasket from the Nissan dealership, torqued it down but has to take the cylinder head OFF again because I forgot to install 2 oil o-rings....

    The gasket looks fine...

Is it safe to use the same new gasket that was torqued down?

Some people say "its fine as long así the engine wasnt started and gone thru heat cycles"

    Some people say "DONT reuse!!"

The gasket (oem Nissan) looks like this:

  • Is it necessary to apply Assembly lube after this? Nissan altima QR25DE 150k miles?

My engine has been sitting with the cylinder heads off for 6 months, all the oil was drained so it was sitting without oil.

Im going to put back the heads...camshafts etc. Should I use regular 10w30 oil to lubricate while Assembling it back together? A mechanic told me "no problem, just smear oil with you fingerboard on moving partes,, you dont need assembly lube"....Yet Im suspicious.

That same mechanic told me to apply grease (red one for ball bearings) on the head gasket (new factory gasket) on both sides, just smear it with my fingers.

He told me that a guy (teacher of His) who worked with japanese Toyota factory japanese guys taught him that technique. He said it allows the gasket to be removed and reused f they want to pull the heads off due to some "failure".

    Is that ok?

  • How long can an engine sit for?

5 months ago, I removed the cylinder head of my 2002 Nissan altima 2.5 engine with 150K miles on it beacuse the head gasket blew.

I removed the old engine oil 3 months ago hoping I was going to assemble it...but other priorities had to be attended.

Right now the head Is off, engine with no oil. Where I live average temperature during the day Is 28 celsius and at night 19 Celsius.

Will this cause the engine to seize?

    Thanku guys

  • How do I block a random number from my phone?

    I have a blackberry Q10.

A person I dont trust called me, so now he has my number obviously...

I havent added then to my contacts list...

    HOW do I:

    1. BLOCK that number so that He cant call me and sms.

    2. BLOCK his number and not letting him see my whatsapp info/picture etc. (if he added me to his whatsapp).

I just have the "missed call" and I dont want that number to be able to reach me, either calling me, sms, or whatsapp.

    What can I do?

    thank you

  • CAR battery: is it OK to do this?

So my car was left with the indoor light on all night and battery got drained. car wouldnt start.

the car was in my garage, and it was morning and late to work. I had no jumper cables or my neighbors.

A friend told me to remove the dead battery, use another battery from my other old pickup truck (good battery) and connect it to my work car.

start the engine (work car) and when the engine is running, remove the connected battery (pickup truck battery) and put back the original drained battery (while the engine is running) so that it can be charged and now I can drive my work car...

ive heard this can damage your alternator etc is it true or just someone was making stuff up?

from what I know, the battery is just there to start the engine...and power 12V electronics or lights when the engine is off.

and once the engine starts, the alternator feeds the car with the necessary voltages 12V to the ECU and other electronic devices...

Can this procedure be done? Ive seen technicians that service backup generators that carry a charged 12V battery so that when they go to a mountain or remote place and they need to start the generator to service it, they connect it that way...
