  • Question about home loans...?

    Me and my boyfriend are in the process of buying a house, and we are getting our loan from Hapo. Our loan officer told us that a home owner is not allowed to sell a house to anyone for more that it is worth, because loan companies will not loan out more than that. I told my parents about that and they have never heard of that before.

    I was wondering if maybe this is a new thing, and if anyone knows for sure.

  • Looking for the right bird dog...any ideas?

    My dad is wanting a bird dog that has short hair, and that isn't all that big. he wants it to be no bigger than 40 lbs. The only dogs we have been finding are long haired or are too big. Does anyone know a breed that fits what my dad is looking for??
