  • How to secure a kayak anchor (pop rivets vs bolts)?

I recently got into Kayak fishing and purchased a few kayaks for me and my wife We have already been out several times and have been loving it but found pretty quick an anchor system would be nice to have. I bought a few cleats to install but was curious if i can use pop rivets to install these. I plan on only using a 1.5 lb anchor, but am not sure if pop rivets are strong enough to support that or if i should use standard bolts and nuts. Any advice would help, thanks!

  • Remington Woodsmaster 742 (F)?

I have an old rifle in .280 caliber. It is a Remington Woodsmaster 742 and it has the engraved scenes of a bear in the woods on one side and a deer in the woods on the other. I have heard that this model can be worth some good money, but I can not find any information on it anywhere. I was just curious if anyone knows the value of this gun or where to find the value?

  • Best hunting knife for elk?

I am going Archery Elk hunting for the first time this year and am wondering what a good knife would be to get (granted i get an elk). I have heard the BUCK 119 is a good knife but was wondering what everyone else uses. Thanks.

  • I recently found out my wife cheated. What do I do?

I have been married for about three years. For the last 4 to 5 months there have been several signs that my wife was losing interest. She stopped wearing her wedding ring and would not answer her cell phone when I called. I recently confronted her about my suspicions and she admitted to sleeping with a co-worker about three months ago while I was at work. They have continued to text each other for the last three months as well (hinting sexual activities).

I love my wife with all my heart but cannot believe she would do this. She has apologized several times and asked me not to leave her. I do not want to get a divorce, but i also don't know if i can ever trust her again. I am not sure what to do. I know no matter what I will never let this incident get out of my mind.

Has anyone else experienced a similar situation and have any advice? Thanks.
