Simple question. What would you consider to be a good name for a girl? Good in any sense of the word of course. I need to name a female character in a homework assignment over break and I hit a dead end.

Note: I realize this may not be the best place for this question, but I'm short on time =P

So I've been working out since January. I was at 205 lbs, and after a lot of running/dieting, I've reached 170. But I'm still 20lbs off of my target weight of 150 lbs. For the past two weeks I haven't been able to loose any weight despite continuing my plan. Summer break started for me, so more free time and choices on what to eat. Here's what my workout/meal schedule is so far:

Run 4 miles a day

Banana for breakfast

Vegatable Soup or Rice for lunch

Some type of sandwich for dinner

Maybe a diet coke/sunkist and small snacks throughout the day

What would you guys suggest I do to break out of this trap? I've considered biking, would that make any difference?

I want to try and loose 30 pounds over 4 months. I'm a 16 year old male. I'm overweight, and most of my excess fat is around my stomach (love handles I guess) and in my thighs. What kind of exercise and/or diet should I look into?
