LPR status of parents. Newborn US citizen status. Can the family visit own country w/o Visa?
Recently a couple got green card in the USA.. Some days back a baby boy was born there. Naturally, the baby is now US Citizen. The parents & this child want to visit own country, India. Parents will not need any visa from Indian Consulate but will the child need Indian Visa? Will there be any complication in this matter?
