I Live in California and its been over 100 for the past week I believe its supposed to be 105 today....Anyways someone moved in next door a few weeks ago and has a full grown husky and leaves her outside on the apartment patio ( very tiny) all day and all night...they are never home. the patio is full of dog hair. And the dog has used the bathroom on the patio and I have seen vomit on the patio also...I feel awful and I believe that is animal abuse....Even when they are home the dog is outside...Who can I call about this other than our apartment manager who will just ignore this.

Im starting my own hone daycare...and I want a dog and not just any dog a Great Dane...I have wanted a great dane since i was a child....Now I able to have one...But I dont want parents to run when they see how big the dog is....Great danes are wonderful with kids....and if i get one she will go to puppy school take every class I can get her in training etc....

So mothers/fathers out there how would you feel about this?
