1 AnswerBooks & Authors1 decade agoDerivative help...y=x^(1-e), y=3^(cotx), y=x^(1/lnx)?
Answers are appreciated, but I'd much rather know how to do them. If the title wasn't obvious enough, I need to take the first derivative of these three functions. Best answer goes to person who explains the best.
4 AnswersHomework Help1 decade agoHow difficult would it be for me to get into Oxford?
I'd like to consider myself pretty intelligent. However, I'm from Missouri, and I know of Oxford's reputation. If it means anything, I earned a composite of 32 on my ACT; I'm not sure that'll help in any way.
I'd just like to study out of the country, and Oxford is, of course, one of the best universities to attend.
2 AnswersStudying Abroad1 decade agoI need a website dedicated to Venezuelan food...?
It's for a Spanish writing project. I need to find as much information as possible on Venezuelan cuisine...a link would be highly appreciated, or if you know of any foods, that would be acceptable as well. Thanks in advance.
5 AnswersHomework Help1 decade agoSo...I received a 32 on the ACT...should I retake it to get a better score?
This was the first time taking the test. I'm not entirely confident that I can do better than a 32 in the future. Is there benefits of having a higher score?
Also, what does this 32 tell me? Does it allow me to qualify for scholarships or anything like that?
8 AnswersStandards & Testing1 decade agoScience help needed- a simple lab, need help deciding on materials?
In Chemistry, I have been assigned a project that entails creating a simple snowglobe. However, I need to find a "snow-like" substance that will not dissolve in a liquid- another thing that I need to decide on.
So, I need a liquid and powdery substance that will not dissolve in each other, with the likeness of a snowglobe.
It needs to be household products as well-salt, vegetable oil, etc etc.
I appreciate the help.
3 AnswersHomework Help1 decade agoEnglish Romanticism project ideas?
I have to do an extremely large project over English Romanticism. I was wondering if anyone had any good ideas about "miniprojects" to go along with this (miniprojects are models of things that pertain to this time period.) I'm not very creative, so I'd like some help.
If you don't have any ideas yourself, I'd appreciate a link to a helpful website; don't say "Google" or "Ask.com."
Also, try and make it something that can either be done cheap and is easy to make; my strength's in writing, not creativity.
Best idea gets best answer.
