What are your opinions on why some people ask questions, and then do not allow members to contact them through Email or IM? The Email is secretly transfered through Yahoo and does not give one the question askers true email. Are these people afraid of criticism, people challenging their info or what? please chime in with your thoughts.

Has anyone had any experience with a 25c Radio Operator in an Infantry unit? My recruiter said they go into the field with the Infantry, but another guy online said he was a 11B and they carried their own radios, and only had a Medic with them as a non-infantry MOS. Can anyone clear this up for me?

Any ENLISTED personnel been stationed, or know any that were stationed at West Point with the Garrison there? It appears that there are support personnel there and was wondering about anyone's experiences with that. MOS's they or other personnel had that were assigned there, number of personnel, avg day at the academy, any interaction with cadets? The web site says 1092 active duty personnel including enlisted, but that is all.

If someone wanted to be in the field, but could not go infantry because you they did not pass the color vision test, would you recommend 25c Radio Operator, or 68w Medic. And yes I know both jobs are not always assigned to infantry/field units. This is for career military, not doing 4 and out just for training.

In the Army, if a 25c radio operator/maintainer gets assigned to an infantry unit, does he get sent to infantry school too?

I have been searching the web, and can't seem to find a list of the actual bonuses by mos that is current. Can anyone help me out?

Are there any 25C Army guys out there who can tell me what the usual assignment is for E-4 and below? Are they the Radio Operators that move out with infantry units? What other kind of posts are usual for that mos? What about as they move up in rank?

I have the option of picking my next duty station, and never been to europe. I see the Army has posts in Belgium and Netherlands. I am a single enlisted soldier and wondering about barracks/housing, and other basic facilities there. Can anyone give me some info?

What is or was your best Army post overseas to be assigned to and why?

Can a recruiter offer and put in writing your first duty station for after AIT? I know there would have to be an opening or slot for my MOS at the location, and the Army could change its mind by the time I finished AIT. Just want to know if I can expect to be able to choose when I sign the contract.

I want to find out what awards I earned on reserve duty, but do not want to fill out all the forms for a full copy of my record. Is there any way to do this quickly and simply?

I am doing research to see what MOS's are fast promoting and want to see the list, and any other info people can tell me about specific fast promoting mos's would be helpful, thank you.
