  • Need a middle name for Sawyer?

My husband finally agreed on a first name, Sawyer, for our baby boy (due in 5 weeks) but we really need a middle name. Our last name is Kunkel so we need to avoid K sounds and No names starting with a U.

We have 3 kids already: Boy - Brennan Bradley, Girls - Schuyler (Skye) Victoria, and Lilianna Juliet.

If you want to see some of the names that we considered for first names you can check out my last question.

    Thanks!

  • What would be a good compromise name for our boy?

My hubby and I are expecting in 8 weeks and we STILL don't have a name for our little boy. I don't like his choices and he doesn't like mine. We need a good middle ground name that goes well with our other kids. Our other kids are (boy) - Brennan Bradley, (girl) Schuyler (Skye) Victoria, and (girl) Lilianna Juliet. Also we have a clunky last name (Kunkel) so we need something a little smooth and not ending in a K sound.

    My list of boy names:

    Thatcher

    Chandler

    Greyson (Grey)

    Sawyer

    Archer

Finn (I'd be happy with pretty much any Finn name - Finnian, Finnegan, Finley, even Phineas)

    Oliver

    Morgan

    Harrison

    Desmond (Dez)

    Levi

    Eli

    Leo

    My hubby's list:

    Ian

    Evan

    Maxwell

    Dexter

    Aiden

    Elliot

    Malachi (Kai)

    Any suggestions?

  • Please vote on my name list?

    http://www.babynames.com/namelist/9629454

We're having our 4th baby, and I'd like some input on names. My list includes the 3 kids we have now plus my favorites for the new baby.

  • Need name for 4th and final baby?

We have 3 kids: Boy (Brennan Bradley), Girl (Schyuler Victoria - Skye)

Girl (Lilianna Juliet - Lily). We love all these names, but are least happy with Brennan's, it is much more common than we wanted.

We don't know if we are having a boy or a girl.

We like literary names, Gaelic names, and soft flowy names for girls. We DON'T want John, Jack, Peter or Michael type names. We also don't want made up names or made up spellings.

Our last name has 2 hard K sounds, so please avoid that sound in your suggestions

    Thanks for your help

  • Hairstyle ideas for 34 yr old mom?

Ok I need a new style - actually I need any style. I have thick (in amount), fine (in texture) straight brown hair that is long enough to reach my bra in the back. No bangs. I'm on the heavy side, have an oval face, and my husband hates short hair on me (so nothing shorter than an inch longer than shoulder length).

Any ideas on what might look good? I live in a very conservative community (not an emo style to be seen - not even on the teenagers), I have 3 kids and a posh business - so I just want something classy, easy to do (not labor intensive) and won't emphasize my chubbiness.

  • How do you build a bubble wall?

I'd like to build a clear plexiglass or acrylic wall that has water inside and some sort of airiator at the bottom so that bubbles push up through the water. It must be light enough when empty to be moved by 2 people and I'll need to be able to put it up and take it down multiple times without destroying it. It also has to be built with fairly inexpensive and easy to find items. I plan on using it in front of a backdrop for a photo shoot that is supposed to be vaguely "underwater". The size would need to be at least 4 feet tall and 6 feet wide and I don't know how deep. Definately no deeper than 4 or 5 inches.
