Shift worker that has night off. First time in ages. I'm sooo bored and can't sleep an night.

First I'll say I'm on dial-up, but I'm convinced that's not the problem

Once in a while, my Internet Explorer will just stop preforming, or remain busy in yahoo mail. And yahoo mail is the only web page it does it on.

My latest lockup was replying to an e-mail. It locked, so I opened a new explorer, opened the e-mail again, replied, then that locked. After 15 minutes I had 5 explorers locked. up.

My Grandmother who runs a different OS and a different Internet Explorer, is experiencing the same problem.

It's not the computer locking up, It's just internet Explorer remains busy. Leaving my to reset my computer (cold boot) to get rid of the explorer running in the background.

Can anyone explain what's going on?

I have a very good friend of the family, but latley I've been giving her a cold sholder because I feel she dosn't respect my opinions.

Unfourtently, I've been very hypacrtical and mean behind her back all day today, because she asked me to do something, and I got greedy and wanted money.

My wife then tells some of the thing I've been saying about her to her. She got upset and told me that if she's going to affect my family, she'll leave me along. now I feel really really bad, I worry about her now, was just venting, I didn't mean for it to go this far, what should I do?

deep down I care, but I really have problems communicating. Now she's hurt and won't talk to me. and I'm having a problem facing her.

will I get sick if the yogurt I ate is two days expired? should I be more aware of the expiration dates on the package?

I know it's a funny question, but I very rarely eat yougart.

I'm very poor but very polite and etiquette. Everytime I go to a resturaunt, I see pigs. elbows on tables, talking with full mouth, people asking complete strangers (and me) for newspapers, people always complaining over the littlest things, etc... But when I go to a soup kitchen, mouths always closed, utensils held in a mannorable fashon, some times a pleasent conversation, please's, thankyou's, etc... (same with jail) what's going on here???

basically, why are the more socially unacceptable (the unfourtenant) more polite then the avarage joe (the fourtenant)? wouldn't you think it should be the other way around?

I'm a decent tipper for the service industery, like takng a cab, getting a haircut, or dining out at a resturaunt, (even odering out). Pretty much anything where someone has to come to me to satasfy me, or make me look good.

Why do people tip at a starbucks (and some tim hortons)? but not at a McDonalds. It's still counter service with a fixed menu. thier not coming to you, you're going to them and then tipping! Why?

different slang, money and goverment. But same T.V., city layouts and so on. what do you think?

I'm in my late 20's. but so much negative has happened in my life that I don't enjoy much anymore, I don't have money to go out, and I've just started rehab trying to overcome addiction. what should I do?
