I feel so sad and hopeless. I can’t achieve anything. I am so negative. I feel like I’m not good at anything, let me correct that, I can’t do anything. Why did I even go to school? So because I’m quiet and shy nobody will ever hire me. No employer looks at you and says “Hey, I would love to teach you, you’re a good and honest person”. Now, that does not matter, why would it when there’s thousands of people who are outgoing and smart and for people like me there seems to be no hope. How am I to fix myself? Is there anything I can do to change that? It seems impossible like the sight of an alien or a talking dog. Here I go again, I just lost my train of thought for a second. I lose my focus, I don’t have a good memory. Am I even needed in this world, in this city where so much competition exist and lives and people seem to not matter. I can keep writing and writing about this and still, nothing will help. Who will save me? I see my husband tries to help me but I don’t see any progress in myself. My mom tries too. Both of them work so hard and for some reason I don’t do the same. They tell me that I’m changing for the better, I am improving slowly but surely. Are they lying to me about it? Are they just saying those things to make me feel better and be more motivated to actually do something in my life? I see myself as a waste, like I shouldn't even be here. I don’t deserve to be here.

In addition, I have a minor in law and police studies.

I do not know where to look and I do not know if I would need something else besides a Criminal Justice Bachelor's degree to qualify for a paralegal job? I know that the more connections I have the better however I do not know anybody who would be able to help me with a job.

I will be graduating during summer 2013 with a 2.7- 2.8 GPA with a bachelor's degree. I have no confidence and I have only one friend. In all my classes I never raise my hand even if I know the answer to a professor's question. I also have trouble asking for help.. I speak really low that most of the time people want me to repeat what I said again. I don't think that I will be able to find a job and that just makes me so worried. Do you have any tips on what should I do to better my situation?

I just broke up with a guy who I was with for almost 6 years and already told him to move out and take his things later today.. We have a child together, which just makes this such a big mess.

I kept on finding out he was talking to girls in a way that was inappropriate ( through texts, emails facebook,etc)

He denied that he cheated on me. I never found any pictures or anything that showed that he was actually cheating ( physically).

He would delete txts from girls before he would get home so I wouldn't see it. And finally one day he forgot to delete txts on his phone and while he was still sleeping I checked it and there I saw him saying this like " Hey my love :*" and other things... he said they are just friends but how can he write like that when I told him so many times before that Im not okay with that.

I dont know what to do or anything... Im so used to him and I love him but I know I cant let him treat me like that anymore. What should I do?

I have the copper IUD(Paragard) for 7.5 months now. I have irregular periods. For example, one period I had very heavy bleeding for 4-5 days at the end of March and then the 2nd one I got May 16th and for 2 days only (heavy bleeding)and after 2 days very light brownish discharge maybe for 2-3 days. These were my only 2 periods since I gave birth to my baby. I was breastfeeding so I got my 1st period after about 6 months. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but rarely I would have little cramping in my abdomem area and rarely feel a little nauesous. When I get up sometimes quickly I would get this strong abdominal pain in one area for a moment and then it goes away. I don't know what is wrong? Is that normal? Before the IUD i pretty much always had regular periods.

The only time I go out is either with my son or my boyfriend.

I don't have any pregnancy symptoms ( no sore breasts or shortness of breath). My period is late a week already. I just had mild cramping in my abdomen.
