  • I found a lump in my breast?

I found a lump in my breast the other day, on the inner part of the bottom of the breast. It feels about the size of a pencil eraser.

I'm only 23 (24 next month) so while logically I know it's rare for someone my age to have breast cancer, I can't help but panic a little bit.

I am going to call my OBGYN's office tomorrow morning and make an appointment just in case, but I was just wondering what it could be if not breast cancer, and how likely it is that someone my age would get it? I know it's not impossible. I'm adopted so I don't know any family history or anything.

Also, I don't know if this is relevant or not, but every now and then my nipple on that breast feels itchy. Not very often, though.

Also, it may be a psychological thing, but I also notice that that area of my breast seems to hurt a little if something has been pushing/resting on it. Like if I rest my arm on it or a book while I'm laying down reading.

I guess my questions are how likely is it that I have breast cancer, and if it's not cancer, what else could it be?

I only found it two days ago. I feel a little silly worrying about it as much as I am, and making an appointment. I feel like I'm jumping the gun, but I guess I'd rather be safe than sorry.

    Thanks in advance.

  • Why can't I find a flight that flies into Gatwick?

Literally every single flight I can find (except for flights on travel sites like Orbitz, Expedia, etc.) lands at Heathrow. Every. Single. One. I would really rather fly into Gatwick if I can so I can take the Gatwick Express to Victoria Station. And any flights I CAN find on those travel sites that fly into Gatwick have at least 2 stops along the way. I'd prefer a non-stop flight or even one with just 1 stop.

That seams like the simplest way, what with all the luggage I would probably have.

So far I've checked flights from United. I'm planning to go sometime this summer, and I'm flying from Texas, USA.

  • Niagara Falls - which side?

We are going on a road trip up to the New England area this summer and are wanting to see Niagara Falls while we're in the vicinity. Which side is better, New York or Canada? As US Citizens, do we need a passport to see the Canada side? We are traveling from Texas.

  • My puppy lost a tooth. Help?

I have a 5 month old pug puppy who likes to chew on our furniture. We stop her if we see her doing it but sometimes we don't see it right away. Anyways she was chewing on a metal door-stopper that's attached to the wall, and one of her bottom teeth fell out. It's one of the back teeth I think, it's long (not in height). Also one of her bottom front teeth, the bigger sharp one is chipped. She has many toys.

Is it normal for dogs to lose teeth? Or is that just a human thing?

Is she okay? Should she go to the vet?

  • How many calories would I burn a day if I stand up almost 10 hours straight?

I do secretary work most days, working 10 hour shifts. I basically stand at the copy machine all day, un-stapling, copying, and re-stapling papers. And walking about 5 feet back and forth between the copy machine and table, every few minutes.

So I'm always moving and only sit down for 30 minutes at lunch.

How many calories does that burn?

    Thanks!

  • Can you still get tan if you lay outside in the morning, around 9:30?

I'm planning to lay out every day this week from 9:30 to 10:30 in the morning. I'd try to tan later in the day, like around noon, but we have workers coming to the house for the next few weeks, and they get here a little after 11am. I'd rather not tan in my bathing suit when they're at my house.

  • Will this turn into a blister?

I was sweeping the back porch for about 30 minutes when I noticed the skin on my pinky finger had been rubbed raw and some skin had come off a little. Will this turn into a blister? What is the best way to treat this?

  • Need help losing weight please? Any tips?

    I'm 20 years old, will be 21 next month. I'm 5'3" and a half.

Right now I weigh 140, which is considered healthy, but the highest "healthy weight" for my height. I'd like to be around 125 by July, is this possible? I've lost 3 pounds in the last two weeks but I've also been sick with not much of an appetite, so that probably did it.

Also I'm a type 1 diabetic on insulin, which makes it harder to lose weight.

And I really like salads, I eat those a lot, and I eat a lot of fruit too. But when I eat salads I like ranch dressing on them, which I know isn't the best. What's a healthier salad dressing?

  • I can't change my iTunes account password. Why?

I need to change the password. When I go to the iTunes store, I click "account" and it takes me to it after I enter my current password. But once I'm there, I can't find the "edit account information" or whatever it's called. All I see are the "edit payment info" and "edit nickname" links. I clicked on both of them to be sure, but I just can't find it.

    Help please?
